Shade yawned and woke up.Scorpio said,"Did you have a good rest?" Quaker answered,"Yup!" Rainearnise giggled,"I think he was asking Shade,ya big doofus!" Burst said,"Ugh,you guys are loud..." Icer glanced at Shade without a word and Shade heard Icer think,'If NightWings can't read minds,why is he acting like he can read mine?And it looks like he's listening to something...this requires further thought.' Shade wondered out loud,"Where's the other half of our Winglet?" Scorpio teased,"Does the little NightWing miss his big cousin already?" Shade said,"She's actually only two weeks older than me,ya goof." Quaker said in a tone that made Shade relax,"I guessed so." Rainearnise said,"Well?Let's go to the Prey Center!" Burst said,"I guess I could go for a snack." Icer said,"Yeah,me too." Shade went to the Prey Center and thought,'OK,keep the voices out this time.' He imagined the lullaby his mother sung to him when he was only a few months old.It surprisingly kept the voices out. (Though now Shade doesn't know to help Moonwatcher with Icicle ;D hidden drama!) He grabbed 5 cows and ate them.Quaker ate 10 cows.Scorpio ate 1 cow and 1 apple.Rainearnise ate a mango.Icer ate an apple,glancing at the 6th cow Shade was about to eat.Shade thought,'May as well be polite.'
