You are in the IceWing Dungeons. 

It is freezing cold, and you are locked in a cell roughly big enough for two dragons to sit in. The bars are frosted and so icy cold that if you were to foolishly touch them, your talon would freeze to place. You only have three given possessions:

-a lantern with a flickering flame forever trapped in the thick glass by animus magic.
