River is bubbly, shy around strangers and large crowds, and brave. She's always up for a challenge and doesn't back down easy.

She always tries to cheer up sad dragons, make them smile or laugh if she can. But, she has a short temper and if annoyed can get violent. But, this is rare.

Appearance: Rivers scales change normally change like any other rainwing, but her resting color I guess is hot pink with green markings.

Backstory:
She is one of the first rainwings, living in the desert (my theory not cannon)

Interesting concept.

When she moved to the rainforest. She was bullied for her size, leading to her shyness, but learned to ignore it. Her fathers death changed her for awhile, and she became depressed. Her friends and the hope of a good future helped her get through this. She now lives a happy and healthy life, but still misses her dad.
