Personality: Can be quit grumpy. But is actually quite nice. Is curious and adventurous. Is impatient.

Appearance: instead of orange or red he is blue.had white underside and wing skin. Has orange eyes. People thing is is that way because of his father wings skin.

How does blue wing skin turn into blue scales? Now I want to draw him, Dammit Flaflont!

Residence: The same school Shadow goes to.

Breeze and flamingo aren't skywingy names, but since there air related and a bird I'll let it pass.

Backstory: when he was born everybody wanted him to die. His father begged everyone not to kill him. The queen decided to keep him alive so they could figure out how his scales turned blue and prevent it from happening again. He was bullied throughout the years and heard about a school when he was five were dragons with deformities and powers can go to. They sent him there and got held back once due to bad grades and is why he is in the same grade as Shadow and co.

Well, interesting.i like the realism with the skywings hating people that are not your average skywing.

Ahhh, blue jay was a nice little oc.

But, you need more explanation for why he's blue. (I'm blue la de bada deda) cuz I ain't buying "wing skin" genetics.

Also, he didn't hit me as hard as Shadow did. Maybe add more spice besides him being blue.
