I love Lantana's name! Very. Cool for a rain/sea hybrid, it has both sea and rain  parts too the name!

Nice! An older dragon!  I don't sea as many of these as young dragons, the majority of which are at Jade mountian lol(of course there's nothing wrong with that, I have a JM oc too)

Good: good backstory. It 's interesting how you included that she had a sister who ne bet hatched. That do want usually happen with ocs. It like that she is older, as I said earlier mos t OCs aren't very old. I also love her name. Sea/rain ocs aren't as common as Night/ice, but much more likely to happen.

How you can improve:

add a few more negative traits to balance out the good traits.Alabama's appearance is very interesting, but Most Rainwing hybrids are unable to scale-shift all of their scales, especially if the mother is not a rainwimg. It is cool that you Had a very balanced appearance of the two tribes!
