A cool name, but SeaWing names don't usually have two parts. Maybe something like Tidal or just Tide would work better? Otherwise, I like it.

Hmm... I've seen a lot of assassin OCs. Idk, they can be cool sometimes, but I feel like a lot of them are unoriginal..

Residence: she lives in a room in the Queen Water Lily's palace

Appearance:she is a bulky big boned dragon with green scales mixed in with a somewhat dirty blue her glow in the dark scales are mostly on her face and a little on her legs (none on torso) her Claws are especially sharpen in case of bloody kïlls she has an Earring with a shark tooth on it.

I like this! The bit about her being bulky is great. People don't add that often, especially for female OCs. I also like her earring, and the detail about her luminescent scales.

Personality:an not easily attached type of gal she gets paranoid easily and scared but she is stealthy and good at hearing if you become her friend she will become protective of you and very jealous if you hang out with other dragons she can act calm under pressure do to many times of kïlling.

Hmm. This all seems very typical of an assassin, which is alright I guess. The paranoid bit is cool, it's the only bit of this that stands out to me, but at the same time I don't know if it fits well with the rest of her personality. Otherwise, I think this is good. It fits her personality.

Backstory: Tidal wave was born under two moons in her father's grip holding her close to him,her parents were both assassins so they wanted to have her,they're firstborn to fallow in there foot steps so she was homeschooled by her father while being taught her the Basic an kept her Focus on assassination training while her sister and brothers got to go to school also she became sheltered from Dragons.Then the Queen's assassin Catfish was Kïlled by an Sandwing named rose so she got all of the assassin Dragonets including Tidal wave to participate in a Challenge to kïll rose and from the Journey to the searching Tidal wave was the one to kïll her knowing rose was an out claw.Tidal wave became a Royal assassin and kïlled countless Dragons while she was on a Journey to kïll an Mudwing Princess she met a Mudwing named Swamp who was friendly and kind Towards her she felt guilty about kïlling there Princess because of Swamp but she eventually got over it she was in Royal meetings and would describe them as an boring excuse for dinner later on she started becoming distant and a bit harsh toward Dragons until she disappeared one day. Rumors say she committed suicide or ran away still linger in small talk with dragons till these day.

That was one long sentence. Jeez. I kind of like this backstory, though. It's not super original, and I don't think she really stands out among the tons of other assassin OCs.. but I guess this isn't bad. I like that she was born to assassins, it makes sense. I just don't see why her siblings went to school? That seems odd to me.

Other: she's just with Swamp ._.

7/10. She isn't bad, but she doesn't stand out. I think I've just seen too many OCs tbh, they all seem the same to me..? If that makes sense. It's just kind of hard to impress me. I don't dislike her, though. Her appearance is good, I like it. Her name is a bit strange to me, and so are bits of her backstory.

(Ps.. you might want to work on your grammar a little! Sorry if this sounds rude– just saying, I struggled to read her backstory because you did not split it up into sentences. Just a recommendation)
