Where he lives: he lives where he wants, but he is not an outcast

Appearance: he is a white transparent dragon. There seem to be scales on him but no one can tell. He is big for a dragon and has emerald eyes that sparkle. He has huge transparent, feathered wings that protrude from his shoulders and he has a long tail with barbs on the end of it. (All transparent) Luthar also has an emerald necklace attached to his tail so that dragons that aren't Ghostwings can see him.

This is cool, but I'm not sure if I like it. It isn't the most original design– I mean, it's exactly what I think of when I hear 'GhostWing.' A spooky transparent dragon. It's just.. unoriginal.

Though, I do love the feathered wings. This barbed tail is cool. Overall, this appearance is alright. It could be better, but for now I don't really care.

Personality: Luthar is that kind of dragon that you don't want to be around. He likes to play tricks on others and can be very rude. He also had a bad upbringing, but even that isn't an excuse for his terrible behavior. He never follows any rules and usually hates other dragons. Most of this is brought up by self loathing.

This might contradict things I've said before – but he needs less flaws. I mean, I get the personality that you're trying to get at here, but it's so bland. No dragon is just pure bad. (Except, maybe, Scarlet... but yeah.)

I like that this was brought on by childhood trauma and self-loathing. It's always good when dragons' personalities match their back stories, it gives a bit more depth to the character.

Backstory: Luthar was born in the palace in the hatchery, like most dragonets. But there was one problem, there was the slightest crack in the egg shell. Due to this, he was bullied by his parents and older sibling. They would call him names and say that he was only insane because of his hatching. One day, he had had enough and just walked right out of the palace, not looking back. Due to the constant bullying, Luthar would now only spend his time making other dragons hate themselves like his parents, and brother did. He ended up getting so wrapped up in the fact that he thought that his parents were right, that he began to hate himself too. Even other dragons couldn't see him for who he wanted to be. But he had chosen his path. Self hate. He was doomed to live life alone.

That's really.... edgy

I mean, this backstory isn't bad. But I have some questions. Why did he get bullied just because of a slight crack in his egg? That doesn't really make sense to me. And what do you mean by insane.. He was always insane? He was insane because of their bullying? I'm confused.

Overall
I'll give him a 5/10. There's nothing really original about him. He's just.. mediocre. Work on his personality, appearance, backstory.
