I like this name, it's really cute honestly. It fits his Tribe, and I like that it's "Bones" instead of just Bone, it sounds better. And I haven't seen it before, so, yay!

Cool. I think it would make more sense for them to be called BoneWings, because SkullWings just sounds oddly specific, but oh well. I know some people don't like original Tribes, but I love them. I think there's a lot more room for creativity and originality when it's a Tribe you made up yourself.

Appearance: SkullWings, relative to their name, are essentially artificially made dragons enchanted by animus magic over a freak accident several centures ago. They are made entirely of dragon bones and the skeletal plates on the underside of scales. The scale(or bone?) colour can range from black to white, and their eye colour can be nearly anything. Since they're composed of just bones, the eyes are empty and their pupils kinda 'float'(really hard to explain, just imagine Sans from Undertale) all SkullWings rely on animus magic to fly.

That's freaking awesome honestly. I can picture them well. I do have a few questions though, like what was the freak accident that caused them to be made, and do they all have animus powers then? What about powers specific to their Tribe... like, can they breathe fire? Because idk.

Bones is a dusty white dragonet with lime green pupils. He is rather small for his age, but he seems undisturbed by it. Unlike his peers he has a rainbow of large, gold laced feathers(all SkullWings wear artificial bird feathers - usually unified or close in colour. Larger feathers indicate higher rank) tucked behind the niche between his head and neck. His wings glow faintly green.

That's neat. I like the bit about the feathers, it's really good. He seems cute!

Personality: Bones is kind of frisky and bounces around a lot. He is seriously overeative. Unfortunately, he's timid, and cowers a lot, meaning he's sometimes bullied by his siblings. He's great at meeting new dragons though, and would be a great tour guide(if tours were a thing. Lol.)

This is a really cute personality! None of his traits are too overused, and I love the bit about how he's great at meeting new dragons. He's not perfect, and he seems realistic. Reminds me a bit of Kinkajou maybe?

Backstory:
Bones was the first generation to hatch after the freak accident itself. He had a perfectly normal upbringing, although his siblings ignored him a little as they were both princesses. He was rather lonely, but his mother fussed insanely over him. A little into his fifth year he stumbled on one of his explorations across the castle into the Royal Library. He met Quill, the Royal Librarian who guarded mountains of neatly stacked scrolls scattered across smooth stone niches. Quill instantly took an interest in him - he had only every heard about the little prince. They talked amicably, and Bones formed a strong relationship with him. Later on, after a year of talking with Quill and helping him, he 'declared' apprenticeship and wanted to be Quill's successor when he retired. Originally his parents did not entirely approve, but they agreed in the end. Bones now spends most of his time in the library, helping Quill clean up and making extra copies of scrolls. He remains perfectly happy to talk with visitors, which took many by surprise. He still loses a chunk of his time each day to train, but whenever he has the chance he is always flitting around in a happy, busy way.

This is super cute. It's laid back, there's no death or destruction or other crazy stuff. It was a bit boring at first, but I see it working in a story. It's pretty original, too. Not the best, but not bad.

Overall
9/10! I really like him, I think he's adorable. I have a couple questions about his Tribe and where it came from, but otherwise I like him a lot.
