Winter's POV

Qibli laughed, and then said

"Ha-ha, and here I said that you had no sense of humor"

I glared at him, and said calmly

"I do have humor, just very subtle. But, yes I am not going with you guys, Its only logical, Kinkajou is a Rainwing that can camouflage, plus she looks most like a SilkWing, You'll need a SeaWing if you're going to cross the ocean. I hate to say it but Qibli is smart you'll need him as well, I would just slow you guys down."

I looked at Moon searching for her to say something or anything. She walked across the gap and took hold of my talons, looking deep into my eyes

"You are never a problem Winter, I hope you know that you will always be welcome with us, I really think that you should come with us"

I knew I should say yes, who couldn't to someone like that. I summoned all my specific IceWing training, looked away and said with what I hope didn't sound like strain

"No, I can't. You need to go on without me. Besides, I need to help with Sanctuary."

Moon almost looked hurt. She threw her wings around me, and hugged me, I was pretty sure I was blushing. I returned the hug, which was a surprise to everyone, especially me. When she released me she went over to Kinkajou, Moon looked like she was about to cry. I went over to Qibli and said in a small voice,

"Please take good care of Moon, I'm glad she has someone like you to take care of her."

Qibli smiled sadly, we exchanged a friendly handshake, he then said

"Never have I heard such noble words, I hope you find someone that suits you perfectly"

I sighed in relief, the hard part was over, I said

"Thanks"

I went to Turtle next I shook his hand then said to him

"Do not try to hide your talents, use them for good purposes" I also whispered to him

"I hope you and Kinkajou work things out"

He turned red at the last part, and nodded. I went to Kinkajou, I did want to do this, but I had said goodbye to everyone except her.

"The others need your help, just as much as Turtle needs you. Try to help his other side come out"

She hugged me in similar fashion to Moon. She said into my shoulder

"You should stay, we need to have the gang back together. We all need you"

I stiffened at the contact, then shook my head. I walked towards the door. I said to everyone

"I hope later in the future we will meet again,  until then."

I left the hut and flew in the direction of the Talons of Peace. I knew what I did was right but it didn't make it any easier. I glanced back at the hut, shook my head and continued onwards.

Hopefully that was good enough, I really think Winter would be mature enough to do all this. I feel like he has come a long way from his former self. Do not worry though, there will be much more Moonbli. Put in the comments some ideas on how/when they can get over there.
