--Turtle POV--
As we flew I kept looking back at Qibli. Something had happened and by the looks of it he didn't know what. He had his thinking face on, which wasn't usually good. I looked over at Kinkajou and my wings missed a beat, as soon as i regained my bearings I was amazed at how beautiful she looked. She had the sun glistening off her scales, wonderful shades of gold and royal blue shifting through her scales the sunlight enhancing the effect. She was so amazing. Truly beautiful.
"Uhh, Turtle, what are you doing?"
I was jolted out of my phase looked up to see Kinkajou looking at me with a confused expression, nervous I said
"Uhh, What? Umm, just thinking, about stuff, and other things like..." I faded away, not wanting to say more.
"Like what else?" She said coyly
I gulped and saw Qibli using a talon to cover his mouth to hide his smile, i said
"Uhm, uh, eh" trying to come up with a lie I found one and said trying to casual
"You know just looking at how the sun makes the sand look like gold"
Then Kinkajou and Qibli started laughing, I felt my face get hot with embarrassment. In between laughs Kinkajou said
"You are so cute when you are flustered, and nervous"
Then Qibli joined in and said
"You should have seen you face, it was so hilarious!" He continued laughing. I nervously/embarrassedly smiled, Kinkajou flew up to meand bumped my side she said
"C'mon, lighten up! We are trying to have some fun. Oh! I just realized! You're a Seawing 'lighten up' you can make your scales glow, I'm hilarious"
Then she let the wind catch her wings and she drifted to Moon, probably to tell her her funny joke. Then Qibli caught up with me and said
"Ahh, quite the pair you two are. It truly is something magical"
I sputtered, trying to comprehend what Qibli had just told me,
"What? No! No! You think, that me, her? No!" He looked at me skeptically, and I sighed I said looking down
"Is it really that obvious? I thought I had hidden it well enough"
He snorted and said
"About as hidden as a Sandwing in the Ice Kingdom" he then added to it
"But, do not fear, I am sure Kinkajou hasn't figured out yet. She is too focused on Moon"
He said this last part with a hint of bitterness, and I realized he resented Kinkajou for taking his time away from Moon even though they spent all week together. Qibli then said
"There, see the hut? We're going down" he dived down and I met up with him at the door of the hut. The others soon thumped down behind us. I knew I was about to see the Sandwing I saw at the palace. We all walked in and the mysterious dragon pointed at me gasped and said with amazement
"Wait, I know you, how did you get here?I thought you were still at home?"
