Quaker flew towards the rainforest,but he was covering in shadows,and it was storming,so lightning hitting him was a possibility.With this inside Quaker's snapped mind,he hurried to his destination.In the rainforest,an adult Rainearnise was conversing with her mate Cumi as their dragonets played,and the peaceful RainWing family had no idea of the malicious destroyer coming their way.However,said killer landed outside the couple's hut,his eyes covered hy shadows as the relentless rain soaked him.Rainearnise noticed the MudWing and her eyes widened as she smiled warmly.She walked outside the hut and her scales turned yellow with joy as she went to hug her adopted brother---and suddenly,she noticed her throat was gone.Then the RainWing fell to the ground,lifeless as all color vanished from her scales.Cumi watched the scene in horror.Horror was quickly replaced by fury and grief as the mate of Rainearnise attacked Quaker with the intent to kill.The 3 dragonets in the hut hid,even as their father was slaughtered.Quaker glanced at the blood that stained his talons...and he chuckled as he flew to his next location.
