      This is right after the scene where Kestrel dies in the epilogue of the first book. I think there's no way Morrowseer would have come up with everything on his own. She was pulling the strings the entire time! I imagine that they had a very fast, aggressive relationship, but that they loved each other in some kind of twisted way.
