Turtle POV

It was chaos at Turtle's house. Chaos. Turtle couldn't even think properly. Tsunami and Coral were arguing, Auklet was crying (again), and Anemone was talking to Fin. 

Turtle rushed over to Auklet and sat down to hug her. "It's okay," he whispered comfortingly. Auklet sniffed and sat there, staring at a line on the wall. "Aukletttttt," Turtle said, somewhat sternly, "did you draw thatttttt?????" "Ummmm..... No.....?" She replied unsure of herself. Turtle was going to lecture her, but stopped as the doorbell rang. He got up and opened the door. Outside was a grinning Kinkajou. It took her a second to realize it was him, but when she saw him, her face lit up. She ran over to him and hugged him, jumping onto him and knocking both of them over.

The entire house fell silent. Everyone was looking at them. Turtle and Kinkajou's noses were millimeters apart, and they were staring into each other's eyes. Turtle's cheeks became bright red and Kinkajou awkwardly got off and coughed, signaling everyone to go back to doing whatever they were doing. She looked at Turtle who was a bright red and blushed too. Then, she asked, "Ahem... HI TURTLE! HOW ARE YOU? IT WAS SUPER BORING AT HOME WITHOUT YOU AND MOON! Also, can you come to the Outclaw Cafe with the rest of us????" Turtle glanced at his mom, who nodded slightly before dismissing his gaze.

"Yeah, sure! I'll just get ready, I look like a mess," he laughed. Kinkajou stepped back and scanned him. He was wearing a loose grey hoodie and some comfy-looking pants. She scoffed. "Turtle you're literally perfect right now," she said. "O-oh ok-k" stuttered Turtle. "But I'll go change just in case," he mumbled. "oh... okay! I'll go talk to Anemone or Auklet till then," Kinkajou replied. Turtle smiled slightly before going to his room to pick out some clothes. He chose a turquoise t-shirt, with some beige-ish shorts. He settled his hair and went downstairs to leave with Kinkajou. 

They reached the cafe and Kinkajou decided to order a rainbow smoothie before everyone else came. Turtle and Kinkajou settled on a table for six because there weren't any tables for five😤. The waitress came up to them. "Hello! What can I get for you?" she asked, smirking slightly at the sight of the couple. "UhM, CaN i GeT a RaInBoW sMoOtHiE? With two straws though," she added goofily. Turtle smiled. (Let's just imagine that rainbow smoothies as such actually exist. i don't like smoothies so idkkkk) 

I'm glad she always thinks about me :)

The waitress nodded and noted it down. A few minutes later she arrived with their order and the two straws. "Here you go! Enjoy!" she smiled.
