Turtle POV

Turtle walked behind Moon and Kinkajou, and that lady showed them their stuff.

She then approached Turtle and felt a nervous churning in his stomach.

She looked slightly amused at his nerexpression.

Oh screw this

"Hi!" she greeted.

You JUST have to say 'hi'. Don't mess up.

"Bye! Oh crap-"

Turtle buried his face in his hands, his face fully red. The lady laughed. "I feel you. That happened a lot to me too," she said kindly. "Turtle, am I right?" Turtle nodded quickly. "Looks like you will be sharing a room with...." she scanned her paper. "Umber. He's very nice, so you don't have to worry," she smiled.

Let's just hope that's true....

The lady showed him his locker, and told him where is room is. He gratefully left to dump his stuff into his locker.

He unpacked his books and files and dumped them into the locker. He was making his way to his room, when he felt something jump onto him.

"AHHHHHHHH!" he shrieked, startled. He heard someone behind him laugh. He turned around to see a giggling Kinkajou. He blushed and covered his face for the second time that day.

Moon came up to them, and dragged Kinkajou to see their room. Turtle decided that he should check out his room and maybe even meet Umber.

He went to his room, and debated knocking or just barging in. (Cuz Turtle is our overthinking boi)

He finally settled on knocking like a civilized human being before entering. He knocked 3 times before gently using the key. He opened the door, to find a tanned skinned boy with loose brown pants and a sweatshirt. He looked up from his phone and waved at Turtle with a smile.

Oh. He looks friendly! Maybe this won't be so bad...
