I don't see any problem with this. Stormwatcher is a solid Nightwing name, and I think it's pretty cool.

Ok. Not every oc has to be part of the LGBTQA+ community just for the sake of diversity. There are straight people too, so I can't complain. My wings of fire oc is heteroflexible.

Personality: mysterious, but once get to know sometimes nice and is funny most of the time

Could be more specific. And mysterious isn't really a personality imo??? I just feel like every character needs lots of personality flaws.

Ok... I still dont love hybrids but I guess she's ok. So she looks mostly nightwing, with a hint of icewing??? If you must have a hybrid, it could be a bit more balanced out i think.

Abilities: blue fire, animus

*sigh* Another animus. There are too many! And yeah, powers are cool, but it becomes way less cool when people try to make their oc unique by giving them powers. It's not unique, sorry. Blue fire is... alright I suppose. But the animus powers... An oc doesn't need special looks or abilities to be an interesting and complex character.

Um, so, it's okay that she likes friends and scrolls, but from what you've told me so far, your character really has no discernable personality.

I assume you mean dragons finding out about her animus powers? And yeah, that'd be a legit fear, but for instance, I'm scared of lots of stuff. Your character can't be defined by one single fear, because everyone is scared of many things (even small things), not just one major thing.

Backstory: she was hybrid after much fighting her father lived with her mom til egg hatched

Okay, I'm sorry but this is literally not even a backstory. "She was hybrid"? What I can gather from this is that her parents fought, but they lived together but only until the egg hatched???? Please work on this. Even little things. She has animus powers for crying out loud, and this is the only backstory she gets? Fill us in on some juicy details of what her younger years were like, or just some turning points in her life.

Using canon characters as your parents is honestly really annoying to me. I appreciate that you made an oc, but please, at least try to come up with something new. Using canon characters is unoriginal and boring, though it makes sense for certain fanfiction, you can't base an entire character off someone else's canon characters.

I'm sorry, but the unoriginality is too much. If you can't even give your character their own parents, rethink your choices, please. She just needs more personality. She does truly have potential to be a good character with some improvements.
