It's not a secret that I dont like hybrid ocs because they are overused, especially Seawings, Nightwings, and Rainwings.

Alrighty.

Personality: She’s got an attitude, sassy and quick-tongued. Despite that, she’s got some of her Rainwing side, making her her occasionally funny and lazy. She’s also quite clever. She’s obsessed with fish and mangoes-and weirdly enough, together.

She sounds cool. I like that you incorporated her two sides as bits of personality, but shes still one and they flow well.

Appearance: Sage is a pale green color, she looks like a Seawing for the most part, with the glowing scales and gills. She’s a little below average for a Seawing or Rainwing in height, but she’s not super tiny

Alright. She doesn't have like 4 wings and magic sea-rain horns. We're all good.

Powers: Sage has the normal Seawing powers, and some color changing powers, like a Rainwing, just decently limited

I'm glad her Rainwing powers are limited because one of the most cliche things is when a hybrid has both tribes powers perfected.

Likes:
She loves swimming, basking in the sun, eating mangoes, and racing

Sounds very true to her tribes.

Dislikes: Being waken up, Rainwings (I’ll explain why)

Oh weird. I'd like a couple more dislikes maybe, but I'm intrigued.

Fears: Being shown up or bossed around

She's got an ego.

Backstory: Her mother, a Seawing, fell in love with Sloth, a Rainwing. They had one egg, her. As soon as she hatched, he was gone, not wanting to deal with the fact that he got a member of a different tribe pregnant, he went back to the Rainwing Kingdom. Sloth took a new mate, trying to prove he didn’t care.
Sage was raised as a Seawing, believing her father was a Seawing warrior who died in the front lines.
She was told who her father really was, right before leaving to go to the Jade Mountain. She despised her father and Rainwings, and was a bit upset with Sloth. Her mother, Seal, did eventually explain everything.

Maybe a bit more about her personally, but it's pretty good. Dumb Sloth.

Her clawmate is an annoying, stuck-up Rainwing named Coconut, and her crush is an Icewing named Rain.

Wouldn't she have like 6 clawmates? And Rain isn't a very Icewing name, in my opinion.

I liked her, actually. I'm not a fan of hybrids, but this one was dar more realistic than some I've seen. Good job!
