This is my entry for CrazyEnderDragon 's contest! This is my first ever attempt at lineless art and I'm pretty proud. Anyway, my thoughts were that she's enchanted a stone that gives the holder power over any form of water. This can be beneficial, as it could potentially prevent tsunamis and even get water to drink from the air. But it could be dangerous if in the wrong hands. Anyway, I hope this meets the standards!
