I sighed as Dick took Artemis, Connor, M'gann, and Roy with him to try to clear Jack Haly's name. I would go with them, but I had something else to take care of first. I kept seeing a city by a cliff in my nightmares, and had decided to check it out. A beep came from my comm.

"Yeah?"

"Ree. I found the city. It's called Santorini, Greece. You picked a heck of a place to dream about. The city is gorgeous." Wally informed me.

"Thanks, Walls. Couldn't have done this without you." I heard him chuckle on the other end of the line.

"Course not. You needed the Wall man's expert help. By the way, do you know where Dick went?" He asked. I debated telling him the truth.

"Dick took the rest of the team plus Roy to try to clear Jack Haly's name. He disguised it as a confidential mission from Bats." I admitted. Wally sighed.

"I'll talk to him." He said. I smiled slightly.

"Good luck with that. Bye Walls." I ended the call and headed over to the Zeta Tubes.

After arriving at Santorini, I decided to have a look around. I walked around incognito and tried to find the cliffs. You would think that it would be easy to find 900 foot tall cliffs that plunge straight into the ocean, but no. I couldn't find the stupid cliffs. I ended up having to use Google Translate and probably butchering their poor language, but a nice lady pointed me in the right direction.

I made it to the cliffs and looked over the edge. There was a slight breeze that blew my hair around. I smiled as I looked down at the Mediterranean Sea. The water was a beautiful cerulean color. I looked to my left and saw an old Greek temple. In my dreams, either myself or my family were executed there. Everyone else was executed outside. Almost every night I had to watch my entire family tortured and killed, or I had to be tortured. I always woke up before I died.

The executioner was always faceless. Dressed in black robes with a sword. It looked ancient and deadly. Possibly magic. I sighed. This beautiful place would be forever marred by my memories. I shuddered. I swore I heard the Shing of the sword sliding out of its sheath. The worst thing about it. Nobody made a sound. All of my friends and family's mouths opened and some looked like they were screaming or yelling, but I couldn't hear any of it. I could only hear the swishing of the executioner's cloak and the Shing of the sword.

I looked out over the expanse of water. The beauty of the sun setting over the horizon. I smiled again. Even if I did die, this world has some things worth dying for. I stuck my hands in my pockets and headed back towards the Zeta Tubes. I saw a shadow fly overhead, but when I looked up, there was nothing there. I shrugged and slipped into the Zeta Tube.

I jumped when my comm beeped. I had been doing more research on Santorini when someone interrupted.

"Yeah?"

"Ree, just wanted to ask if you would come do one last performance at the circus? We're undercover as the Daring Dangers. You don't happen to have any names that start with D in that noggin of yours...?" He asked. I laughed.

"What about Danielle?" I asked.

"Danielle would work. I have a suit here for you. I guess you could come as my twin who was out sick. Meet you backstage." He said. I thought it over for a second.

"Okay. Meet you there. Love you." I agreed.

"Love you too, Sunshine. Bye." He said as he hung up. I smiled. He said he loved me. I wiped the stupid grin off my face, pulled my hair into a pony tail and headed for the Zeta Tubes.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the farewell performance of the Daring Dangers. Dan Danger, Dawn Danger, Diane Danger, Dean Danger, Dane Danger and making her first and only performance, Danielle Danger!" Haly announced. I smiled and waved to the crowd from my place at the bottom of the silks. The music started and we performed our last show in Haly's Circus.

(A/N) This was a short little chapter AKA my younger self trying to cram plot into the book so that the ending makes sense

Well there are three more chapters after this :) I'm excited for the last one the most, so I hope it lives up to any expectations
