All my life I felt like a ghost among humans. I was just sitting and watching as life was flowing in front of me. People were coming and passing, I was just watching. That was what I was used to but since I came to this I somehow find myself in the middle of the trouble. It was like I started to be the main character of my own life but not in a good way. I was the character that never can find peace. Sitting in a dark cage with Jai those were the thoughts that swam in my head. Not Dain or Etetis. Which was stupid because they were the ones I had to think about. The wise tree had told us that Dain and Etetis weren't the same person but it didn't make sense because I was clearly being controlled by Etetis and Dain was the only one who could reach my mind. There was also the image I saw of Chaol and Etetis and Etetis's voice was the same as Dain. I can't mistake Dain's voice with someone because I heard him all my life. So how is it possible?

"Do you think maybe the wise tree lured uss? Your father is the one who owns the tree after all and he could have ordered the tree to lie to us. The fact that your father find us in the field right after we spoke to tree is also suspicious too," I said, turning to Jai. He was silently watching the bars all the time.

"My father doesn't own the tree, no one owns the wise tree, my father just built the castle on the tree so that no one but him can't have access to it. And the reason he was able to find us was my magic. When someone lifts your illusion to see thourgh you can sense it. He was probably waiting at the door to see who went in the Rheta door." I was seriously starting to think that there was something wrong with his promises. Whenever he promised something happened that broke his promise.

"But what about the things the wise tree said? They don't make sense. I knew we did miss something but the things the tree said didn't answer anything."

"The tree said that you were not Etetis's daughter and that Dain and Etetis was not same person it does make sense until here for me because there was already a century between your birth and Etetis death. It was also weird that Dain didn't do anything until now if he already could access you mind so it does make sense that they are different person but the rest doesn't make sense to me too. Like why does Dain and Etetis sound so familiar? Or how did Etetis got access to your mind? It is also the image you saw. Wise tree said that we read it wrong but I don't know what else 'dead people can't create magic' can mean. So we are kinda stuck at that"

"We are also kinda stuck in this cage, just so you know;" I said laughing. We were in here for an hour but he still didn't look alarmed about the situation. I on the other hand was very alarmed about what Chaol will do to us when he comes to us again. After what he did to my mom just for fun I don't want to know what he does to the ones who he thinks are guilty. The fact that his son was also in here with me didn't make the situation any better because I knew that Chaol didn't care about family relationships. For him a thief was a thief.

"Oh we are not stuck we are waiting Eleni and the rest to come free us"

"We are?" I said, raising one eyebrow. Why am I hearing about this after I used one whole hour to panic?

"Yes, and I told you about it one hour ago, did you already forget about it?"

"Don't play with me Jai, you didn't tell me anything. We have been sitting in silence since we came here."

"I am not joking Rosalynn, do you really don't remember the plan I told you?" he said with a worried expression. I frowned trying to remember anything we talked about after we found ourself in this cage but my mind was completely empty. In fact I couldn't remember anything after Chaol found us in front of the Rheta door. Suddenly my head felt very heavy and took a deep breath.

"I can't remember it but I am sure it is because I am tired. I haven't been able to sleep properly since I came to Lightlee. Can you please tell me the plan one more time." I was actually not really sure it was because of tiredness but I didn't want to think about one more thing in addition to everything.

I could see that Jai didn't believe me but he still started to explain the plan to me.

"Me and Eleni are soultwins which means that even though our powers are not available we can talk to each other's minds. Those bars are spellbound so we can not use our powers in here but it looks like my father forgot about me and Eleni, or it could be a trap I don't know but I still told Eleni everything that happened. Including my theories and what the wise tree said. She is coming to the castle with the rest of the group to save us. I am not sure how they are going to do it but I trust Eleni. Oh by the way she also told me that they were definitely going to change the group name so you don't need to worry about it."

"I remembered it after you told me again, I can't believe I forgot it! It is good that they are going to change the group name too, I don't think I can join a group with the name Etetis so I am definitely relieved" I did not remember any bit of what he told me and it is actually starting to worry me. How can I forget such an important thing?

"Jai, do you think I should lift the mindwall spell since we learned that Dain isn't the responsible one?" I'll admit learning that Dain isn't the one taking over my mind did make me very happy.

"I don't think it is a good idea con-" the whole basement and the cage we are in shook interrupting Jai. We turned to each other as another rearguard happened and a room collapsed completely next us. I looked to the wall considering if I can make it collapse without taking the roof with it. If one of the wall around us breaks we can get out but if the whole cage collapses onto us we will be dead before we can try anything. If I knew for sure that I can take Eteti's powers while I still have control over my mind I could open a door to outside and we could be free but I knew I wasn't strong enough for it. I turned to Jai to see if he is okay but then something happened. First came the light then a millisecond later came the sound and then ground under us collapsed and we started falling. In the last second Jai held my hand and holded a metal thing looking like doorknob. We just hung there a couple of seconds before someone opened the door from the other side. Jai fell inside and then pulled me slowly inside. Still in shock I couldn't say anything when a saw Eleni smiling in front of us. Onyx was sitting in a corner holding his ears while Xara was trying to calm him. This whole scene was just so absurd that I just stared blankly.

"Your idea of rescuing us was bombing the ground of the cage we were in and hoping I would remember to hold on to the doorknob before we fell to our deaths?! I think dad would have found us a more tranquil death than this! From 1-10 just how crazy were you when you made this plan Eleni? Why did no one stoppet you?!" Looks like Jai was out of shock because as soon as he pulled me he started to shout at Eleni.

"I was 10 out 10 and I still am," said Eleni with a very big grin. A little too big. I wondered if they were not joking about crazy part but when Eleni's smile grew even bigger my wonder turned to sureness.

"Tell me you are joking Eleni, tell me there is no more," said Jai with a worried glance.

"Oh, there is definitely more brother." Right when I was going to ask what was going on, Jai jumped on me and the whole castle collapsed with a loud explosion.

FROM XARA'S POV:

I really can't handle humans being so sensitive. Like I do understand that Polaris is upset about her sister but we are not even sure what happened is bad. Since Jaiblynn took Rosa and flew away we are all trying to comfort Polaris about her sister being a Rheta and possibly other things too. And let me tell you, it is definitely not working. I looked at Onyx to see if he was okay between Polaris's tantrum. Even though Eleni was Onyx's girlfriend, me and Onyx had a special bond between. Not the romantic kind but more of a trauma bond kind. Both me and he didn't have parents and had to survive alone in the down city until we found each other. He was like a little brother to me. And even though he didn't want to show he was very owersimulated right now. Unlike me he always tried to be kind when he could but he was also very sensitive to sounds and Polaris screaming at everyone like a lost duck was not helping. Finally Eleni noticed that Onyx was at the verge of a breakdown so she went to him and I stood up.

"Look Polaris, I understand that you are upset about your sister becoming a fireball in front of us but we are not even sure it is a bad thing so please calm down a little and stop shouting at us." I was the one who found Polaris when she came to the Ligtlee and brought her to Eleni so she usually listened to me when I told her something. Even when she shouldn't.

"Let's go back down to the safehouse so everyone calms down, clearly we are not going anywhere with the argument" interrupted Raiden. Finally Polaris wiped her tears and stood up agreeing with me. I took a deep breath and opened the roof door for her but didn't go in myself. After everyone went through and down Eleni stopped next to me questioning eyes.

"Are you down to a private fly tour?" Eleni was the only faerie in our group who still didn't develop her wings but I knew that she also was the one who longed most to have wings. Everyone needed a break right now and having Eleni lower than 4 or higher than 7 was dangerous for us and she looked like she was on her way there which was why I suggested flying her.

"Yes if the tour will end in a bar"

"You know you can't drink Eleni, we don't need any crazy actions and you always go higher than 7 when you drink." Eleni was always a little bit different then us and that was why probably Onyx and her fit perfectly they were both outcasts. But while Onyx was just different in the matter of himself, Eleni's differences affected the people around her too. Whenever her mood was higher she always came up with dangerous crazy ideas and whenever it was lower she just disappeared and Jaiblynn taught her to number her mood from 1 to 10 so we could understand when she was herself and when she was high or low.

"Ugh you are so boring but okay let's just fly"
"I just value my life, Eleni," I said and jumped down from the roof with Eleni in my arms. I never went out of Lightee in my life yet I was good at flying thanks to my life in the down city. Another thing I was good at was finding a place where no one knew. When we lived in the streets with Onyx a place without faeries was as valuable as gold and it still came handy this days. The whole group was broken in some way or other and all we wanted was freedom. None of us was a murderer but we all knew that you have to sacrifice something in order to reach freedom and peace. At first when Eleni collected this group I thought the ones we were going to sacrifice was the humans who prisoned us here but then understood that we were just going to sacrifice ourself with every little thing we did. We sacrificed our fears the first time we bombed a food shelter in the castle. We sacrificed our survival instincts the first time we got caught and thought we were going to die before we succeeded. At last we sacrificed our emotions the first time we caused someone's death. After that we all became unstoppable and I knew that regardless how upset and how hopeless we become we will raise again and try again. We will try until the day we open the pocket doors and see the sky or till we die.

"WAIT STOP TURN AROUND, WE NEED TO GO OUR BOMB SHELTER! XARA I AM TALKING TO YOU, TURN AROUND" My thoughts got interrupted with Eleni shouting at me.

"What? Why do you want to go to the bomb shelter? We are already in minus after me and Polaris ruined explosive powder. So as much as both of us want we can't afford to bomb empty houses for fun"

"We are not going to bomb empty houses Xara, we are going to bomb a very full house. Jaiblynn and Rosa have been caught sneaking to the wise tree and they are in a cage in the castle at the moment." Well, isn't that just wonderful. As today was not tiring enough, now we gotta rescue our fireball and Jaiblynn from the high security cages. Shrugging I turned 180 degrees and started to fly towards our bomb shelter. As I was flying over our safehouse Eleni told me to stop once again.

"Just drop me here so that I can tell the rest of the group the plan and you can go to the shelter and take with you all the bombs you can."

"Wait what do you mean all the bombs? There are approximately 20 kilos worth of bombs there."

"So take them all with you Xara. We can't let my dad discover what Jaiblynn and Rose was up to"

"And what exactly were they up to?" After a little staring contest Eleni finally gave up and opened her mind to mind. What I saw there was interesting, to say it mild. I listened to everything Jaiblynn told Eleni and my genie reaction was:

"Holy shit, we need to save them before Chaol discovers this. I can't believe Etetis is able to control her mind."
"And I can't believe my dad killed Etetis but we don't have time for this now. Just fly and bring the bombs." Nodding, I flew as far high as I could then started going toward our shelter. I thought about all the myths I heard about Etetis growing up. People in down city were very fond of him and I never heard anything bad about him but you don't hunt the living after your death just to take revenge if you didn't have another goal in your life. I laughed when I thought about our group name. I think we gotta change the name now that our fireball is being hunted of Etetis.

I realized very fast that I underestimated how difficult it would be to carry 20 kilos worth of bombs. Despite me being very good at flying it took me 40 minutes to fly back to the safehouse. I went in completely out of breath only to find everyone starting intensely at me.

"What is happening?" I asked, looking at everyone

"Eleni want us to explode the whole castle while we are in it," said Onyx. I turned sharply to Eleni but realized that she is already at 10.

"We are not going to agree to a plan you made while you are 10 Eleni, none of us have a death wish here."

"Just listen to me first Xara, we are not going to die. We are going to hide in the spell protected room that is supposed to protect my father. You, I and Onyx we are going to explode the ground of the cage Rose and Jaiblynn are, the spell protected room is right under where the cages are and my brother knows it. When their ground collapses he will hopefully remember to hold on the door knob and we will pull them inside the spell protected room. After we pull them inside Raiden and Polaris will activate the bombs we are going to place all around the castle and the whole castle will collapse on top of my father while we safely wait in the spell protected room. Happy ending!" Eleni was talking very fast and very impulsive but she was talking the truths.

"There are very many if's in this plan, Eleni. What if your brother forgets about the spell protected room in the middle of the chaos. What if the spell protected room is not strong enough to stand when the whole castle collapses on top of it. And why are we exploding the castle after we rescue Jaiblynn and Rose?"

"Well if my brother doesn't remember to hold the door knob he doesn't deserve to be in our group anyway and we are kinda gambling about the spell protected room but I am sure we will be okay. And the reason we are exploding the castle is because we can not get out of the spell protected room alive if my father and his guards is alive and I always wanted to collapse his castle on him so why not do it while I have the change" What a wonderful day to risk all of our lives for Eleni's childhood dreams. It always amazes me how both Eleni and Jaiblynn have no emotional bond with their parents.

"This plan is crazy and most likely damn all of us so let's do it," I said suddenly. When Jaiblynn was with us he always stoppet Eleni's ideas when she was 10 but I was sick of being afraid and didn't have a better plan so I just went along with Eleni's plan. It was her brother at risk not my anyway.

"HELL YEAH LET'S GO" shouted Eleni everyone compulsory followed her out.

Since the castle was near and just 2 of us had wings we decided to first carry Raiden and the bombs so that he can start placing them and then fly back and carry Polaris and Eleni. Onyx was not as good a flier as I was but he was still better than average fairies which was more than enough for us.

When everyone finally was in the castle garden we divided in to and Raiden and Polaris went to place the rest of the bombs around the castle and the rest of us followed Eleni to an underground entry. When a guard stopped us in front of the entry Eleni showed herself and the guard let us all in. That was the benefit of having the daughter of the king in our group.

"From now on we have to be very fast because the guard will go to my father to inform him that I came back" Onyx and I nodded and started running towards the spell protected room. I hope that we don't die today.
