Ferris Pov

Flash back

I was 5. My sister was turning 2. I was at her Birthday. There were two grow ups there, they were blurred and difficult to make out. But they must of have been smiling.

The cake candles had just gone out when a boy maybe my age runs up. He is blurred too put he jumps up on the grownup who looks male. Presly let out a squeal of delight as she saw the boy.

The boy turned to me and one word hit my mind.

Brother

I have a brother. Where? I don't know but I have a brother, or had at least. I had sat there almost the whole day replaying the dream in my head. It was like trying to catch smoke. The moment a thought emerged it just turned to air and left the room. 

It was so aggravating. Everything kept revolving around like a whirlpool. Were those two grown ups my parents? What's my brothers name? What happened to them?

I was trapped in my thoughts until I saw the Eye patch man and Captain America walk in. They both started talking but I could hardly pay attention to any thing they said all I knew was that he said something about memories and what could I remember. The thing that made snap out of it was when he said sister.

I looked up at the blonde who was looking right at me. " I had a dream" I said " I was at a birthday party" I added. " Presly had turned two" I ended. I could tell that wasn't exactly what eye patch man wanted to hear. Would master get mad if I shared my secrets? Wait a second ! He was the idiot who took my memries away! I would have a brother with my right now if master didn't make me forget.

" I have a brother" I said.

Now that sparked some interest. The two looked back at me with rebound interest. " Do you think he's dead?" I asked. I hadn't meant to ask that it just kind of came out. Eye patch man didn't say anything for a bit.

" I'm not sure but if you give us a last name we may be able to find him" He answered. I knew he said that so he could figure at more about my family as well. He would still want the nuclear files too but I wouldn't give those yet, I need to know more.And my master who I would kill painfully after I remember everything. 

" Give me a minute" I said and tried to think despretly looking for a name. How could I have never wondered what my last name was? Those god dam pills! The Santum agency is going to burn!

I must of sat there for for 3 full minutes while the two men waited patiently. I kept glancing up at Cpatian America, for some reason he made me nervous. It was actually kind of annoying but then it hit me like a train. 

" Maguire?.... Maguire!" I said abruptly " Thats my last name". Eye patch man smiled " Good, you keep up with this and you won't have to be stuck in that cell anymore" He told me. I had almost forgotten I was in a cell since I was trapped in my thoughts. 

" Steve you stay here, I'm gonna have a quick talk with Bruce" Eye patch man said. So that was Captain Americas name, Steve. For some reason when he looked at me it made me nervous. Steve nodded in response then sat down in one of the metal chairs. It was kind of just a really awakward silence for like 5 minutes.

it was kind of crazy to have been working with a secret agency since you were 11 and now be completely against them. Very strange indeed. 

" So uh, Ferris, is there any thing else you can remember?" Steves voices rang out through the room. I looked up at him and shrugged " Nothing come to mind, it's just kind of difficult to grasp everything your were made to forget" I told him feeling my heart rate jump.

Steve nodded in understanding " My friend Bucky had been brainwashed, he had a very difficult time when he started remembering things. The people who had him did some kind of electric therapy to make him forget rather than pills. It really damaged him" He told me. I nodded, the scientists at Santum had never electrocuted Presly or me, but they were never very nice. My only real friend was Presly. 

" You know for the longest time I thought the experiments they did on me were to make me better and I believed that. But it was to make me better for them not better for me. " I said.

Steve blinked as if it was hard to believe what I just said " Who's they?" He asked innocently but I had a feeling he asked because he knew eye patch man wanted to know. It felt wrong to rat out Santum but they had taken my family away from me. A brother I never even knew. 

" A secret organization called Santum, they take mutants and do experiments on them and then use them as expenable field agents. Presly and I were their top agents. Never once did we fail. But now I guess it was all a lie." I said and felt angry again. I would make every single one of those scientists pay dearly for what they did to my sister and I. And it would be painful.

" Must be hard. Having to go against the only thing you ever knew in a matter of two days." Steve said.

He had a point it was difficult since some little part of me was always screaming " Traitor!" . " Well, wouldn't you do the same? " I asked and Steve shrugged.

" I guess I would probably want to go blow up this Santum place if I were you " Steve said and that made me smile and giggle softly. I knew I wouldn't just blow it up. No way! I would make it way worse in every way.

Suddenly the ship took a sudden jerk to the left making me fall over on the floor. A loud crash sounded some where on the ship and it sounded like a small explosion. Then this red light started flashing. " There was been a breach on engine 2, intruders have infiltrated this is not a drill, I repeat this is not a drill" came a voice loudly on the intercom 

What was happening?

Steve was making his way for the door " Hey wait let me out, I can help!" I yelled hitting the clear screen with my hand. Steve scrunched his eye brows and hesitated but then nodded and pressed a button that made the screen I between me and him slide away. 

He then picked up a key and quickly walked towards me and u locked the thing around my neck and I immediately felt a familiar warmth come to my body as I extending my wings. " Thanks" I said having to look up at him since he was like 6'3.

I swear his cheeks went pink ish when he said " No problem".

A second later we were headed towards wherever engine 2 was, he was leading the way.

I had this distinct idea that this attack had something to do with Santum.
