Hong Kong's best kept secret (Continued)
MR. LEE: [Sir, this is the famous Lee Studio. I, Mr. Tommy Lee, master photographer of Hong Kong's rich and famous, put my name in every picture. I will not risk my reputation due to haste. Nothing comes out of the Lee Studio short of a work of art.]
CHINESE WOMAN: [How come I never heard of you?]
MR. LEE: [That's because I'm one of Hong Kong's best kept secrets.]
CHINESE WOMAN: (self) [Gee, it must be very hard to do, considering your ego.]
The Chinese couple leaves the studio. Wallstreet tries to clean the camera. Mr. Lee talks with Wallstreet in English with a heavy Chinese accent.
MR. LEE: Don't touch that, Wallstreet! That camera deserves to be touched only by a master.
Wallstreet freezes in the middle of his motion.
MR. LEE: I bet you've never seen a professional camera in Shanghai.
Wallstreet laughs to himself, walks away from the camera and continues with his work.
MR. LEE: This evening, I am going to photograph the British princess of Hong Kong's high society, the glamorous Gwen Goldwyn. She's the only daughter of Sir Christopher Goldwyn, owner of The Hong Kong Times. I twisted a few arms, bribed, and begged just to get her to come here. Her word can make or break a business.
Wallstreet nods continuously as Mr. Lee talks.
