Taehyung's revelation had changed everything for Jungkook.He didn't have to go around feeling guilty for something he wasn't responsible for.

Yet again he wondered if Taehyung had just made up the story to make him feel better about the situation.But why would he.Why would he lie just to make him feel better.That scenario was highly unlikely.Taehyung wasn't nice enough to do that for him.He usually says the truth as it is.

Since Jungkook had never felt this good in a while he asked Jennie and Jisoo to accompany him for a few drinks.Of course he offered to pay.Jennie only agreed so she could get to drive the omega's new car.As for the location he asked Jennie because she had vast knowledge regarding the best clubs in Seoul.

After work they went for dinner before  setting out for their destination.People were already filling up the place and the trio was lucky enough to find an empty booth.The club was exclusively for those who had deep pockets.Everything at that place was expensive but their service were high class.

For the first round they went with virgin cocktails.

"So what are we toasting to Jungkook?"Jisoo asked

"To my last few days as a single and independent omega"

"Yeah you really need it.Being married to my brother is like having a life sentence"Jennie laughed and so did her causin.

"He isn't that bad"Jungkook said in Taehyung's defence.

"Don't tell me you are already starting to see him in a new light just because he is being too nice recently. I know that jerk more than anyone else.He is evil and diabolical"

"Sis how can you be blunt about this. I personally think you are exaggerating"Jisoo said.

"Are you saying I'm misleading Jungkook or I'm slendering my brother"

"I think both"

"Guys that's enough. I have good news to share with you . I feel as though a huge burden has been lifted off my chest. I haven't felt this light since I got engaged"

"Don't tell me... Are you pregnant?"Jisoo asked innocently.

"No..."Jungkook almost exclaimed.

"He is still a virgin blockhead.Just like this cocktails"Jennie mouthed.

"Oh"Jisoo whispered slowly.

"Just spit it out.Non of us is good at guessing.As you realised."Jennie said.

"Taehyung told me that..."

"Why am I suprised that it has something to do with that big bad wolf"Jennie impulsively cut the omega off.

"Are you going to listen"

"Sorry please don't mind me.My brother has been getting on my nerves a lot recently"

"I noticed.So as I was saying.Taehyung told me that he and Lisa broke up way before this whole arranged marriage fiasco"

"I fucking knew it.That bitch is vindictive and twisted.How could she do that to you. I thought she was your friend"

"Well apparently she wanted someone to blame for their failed relationship and I was the available candidate.She did succeed in breaking me though"

"I have always thought of her as a cool person. I had never imagined that she could stoop so low.She took undue advantage of your feelings"Jisoo commented

"Lisa made me feel crazy.She made me think that everything was my fault.Anyways it's all in the past now"

"So she didn't think Taehyung would tell you"

"No, she thinks that Taehyung wants absolutely nothing to do with me.Thats why she is hoping to get him back.According to her I'm the reason why this wedding is happening.Because I want Taehyung"

"But this way? That's ridiculous and sick"

"But you know what this means.Taehyung doesn't have an emotional attachment to anyone right now so this is the chance to make him yours permanently.Grab the golden opportunity with open hands.Seduce him if you must."Jennie said heatedly.

"Don't you think that's low. I can't make someone love me. I don't even know how anyone could ever do that"

"I think the ticket to his heart would be to get pregnant for him.That way he would only think about you and give you attention.During the course of pregnancy that's when the father mostly get attached to the mother"Jennie said.

"I'm not that desperate.If it is meant to happen then it will happen"

"Are you sure Taehyung not loving you back will affect you in the long run"

"I'm satisfied with the way things are"

"One sided love hurts like hell"Jisoo sighed

"So you think I should confess .Do you think it's a good idea.What if he doesn't feel the same way?.Won't it aggriviate the situation?"

"That's risky.You might get a blacklash and everything will turn bad.No matter what happens don't tell him that you love him first.If you do he will take advantage of you for as long as possible"

"Enough agonizing.The dance floor awaits"Jisoo dragged Jungkook away with her

"I can't dance"

"Do you think I know how to.Its all about having fun"

"I wish we had brought Rose.She is one party animal and the more the merrier"Jennie said over the music.

"You aren't any less a party animal than her"Jisoo yelled

"Yeah?"

By the time they came back for their second round of drinks it was already ten pm.Jungkook's phone had more than five missed calls from you know who.

"Tae has been calling. I think I should go.He is probably worried'

"Don't mind him.He won't die if you ignore him once.If you are too obidient now then he will turn you into your slave when you get married. I will turn it off. I will call him to pick you up later"

"I don't...'

"Not another word.You can't get married without having some fun. I know my brother will never let you have any.This is your night.Do you want to die still being the old naiive boring Kookie'

"Sis,I think he has heard you.Can we now move into the more serious stuff. I'm tired of  cocktails"Jisoo whined.

"Do you want me to go bankrupt?"Jungkook asked

"Who are you Jungkook.You will me married to the next Chairman of Taemin group of hospitals"

"Does that mean I should be bankrupt till then"

"I'm sure you have been receiving a monthly allowance from your fiance"

"Is that why you have been mooching me off? Because you think I'm swandering your dear brother's money"

"Aren't you using it?"

"No, what if this wedding doesn't happen and he asks for it back"

"How much excatly are we talking about here. I mean on monthly basis?"Jisoo asked.

"A little over a million won"

"That's four times more than our  basic salary.Bitch you must be rich.If you haven't used it that means you have over ten million untouched in your bank account"

"I don't take pride in what I didn't work for"

"Tell you what.That money was definitely being given to the wrong person.If I were you I would have used it to start a profitable business and then demand for more"Jisoo said.

"I really can't with you guys"Jungkook laughed.

"You don't know what you have"

"Money is not everything and top of it my father must have demanded shares for this wedding to happen.What will Taehyung think of me. I don't want him to think that my family and I are only after his family's wealth"

"You are really sweet and sensible"

Jisoo went home after dancing with guys she barely knew.She left before she could get supper drunk.Otherwise she would get a ticket for drinking and driving.

Meanwhile Jungkook didn't have any alcohol until the very end.That wasn't the case with Jennie .She drank over ten  shots of vodka but she didn't get even a tad bit drunk.That proved the female alpha was a German tanker whose alcohol tolerance was the excat opposite of Jungkook's.

Jungkook eventually switched his phone on at excatly midnight.

"Is it that late yet"

"Yeah,we will get late for work tomorrow and I will get screamed at by your brother. I should have been home ages
s ago"

"Don't you worry. I got you"

"You promise?"

"Let's leave before we get kicked in out.They close soon"

"But I can't go home alone and we came in the same car.What will we do?"asked the paranoid omega.

"I will drive you and then go to the hospital and pick up my car and leave yours there.Simple"

"It's not simple.Its really late and you will never know what happens these days"

"I will take care of myself"
