Red dodges a blow from the chair leg, before throwing a punch.
The boy parried the fist, before delivering a headbutt to the girl.
The girl stumbles back, but she grit her teeth, and returns the attack twice as hard.
Their heads smack against each other, Red's head forcing the boy back.
The boy's Aura could only take so much before he stumbled back. Both of their heads were bleeding, the girl more so the the boy.
The boy held his head in pain, before glaring at Red.
"You'll pay for tha-" a knee suddenly crashed into the boy's face, bypassing his Aura.
Two teeth fly out, followed by blood. But Red didn't let up, as she delivered more punches and kicks, beating the boy.
Her punch met the barrier of Aura, and immediately she jumped away, avoid the boy's grab.
The boy stumbled forward from his lunge, and Red seizes the chance to deliver a crane kick. The foot connected with the foot, the boy's Aura shattering as he was sent flying.
The kick sent the boy off flying. His Aura had taken the kick, but it didn't protect him as he fell into a pile of scrap metal.
"GAAAHHHH!!!" The boy cried out, a rusty sharpened pieces of metal had stabbed into his body. A particular large pieces had impales him through his stomach.
"GYAAAAAAHHHH!!! Help! H-Help me! S-Someone help me!" He cried out, blood oozing out heavily of his wound. He tries to stop the bleeding, but a foot stepped on his stomach, squeezing out more of the life liquid. He screams out even more, before he looked up to see the girl standing over him.
"H-hey, I-I didn't really mean anything that I said from before. W-we can be friends, right? S-So you'll help m-me w-will ya?" The boy quivered out, his smile weak.
The girl only just stared down at the boy with a blank expression. She pushed her foot down on the wound, making the boy cry out in pain. She leans down next to the boy, before whispering something in his ear.
"This is what separates me from the weak, weaklings like you," she applies more pressure to the wound. "Strength will not bring victory..." she whispered, before leaning back.
Red grabs the nailed chair leg before raising it above her head. The boy's eyes widen as he shakes his head.
"No! No, no no no! Please, I-" the boy shakes his head, before he's smacked.
'Please...' the boy looks up at the crowd, who had all gone silent. Cursing at their loss of money. 'I don't want to die...'
The boy's head is smacked to the side, enough where the boy can see a man glaring down at him.
'Papi, please...' the boy's eyes tear up, blood mixing with tears. The boy watches his father leave with out sparing him a second glance. 'Help me pap-'
Red slams down the weapon, the wooden leg smacking against the boy's skull. She raises it again, before slamming it down. She picks it up and slams it down again. The wooden cracking through the skull. So she pick it up again and slams it down. And again, and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.
Until finally, slamming it down one final time, the chair leg breaks apart, the wood splintering. Red blinks at the destruction of her weapon, she numbly looks around noting how everyone was staring at her.
Red looks back down to see the boy's head was no more than just a red puddle. A red stain splattered across the ground with bits of brain and bone spew across the ground.
Red then looks at herself, noting at how much blood was covering her rags and body. She raises a hand to her hair picking out a piece of brain from her hair. She blinks at the flesh before flicking it away.
The girl then looks up at Senior, his red piercing eyes staring into her forest green eyes. He gives a smirk before nodding down at the blood covered girl.
Red smiles at the gesture.
She survived.
She won.
But most importantly...
She'd get to live.
"Good job Nikos." Senior stands up from his chair, and begins walking away. "Good things are coming."
But... she still didn't know why...?

Ruby walks over to Pyrrha, who is having trouble believing what's real. She stays sitting down, her forest green eyes watching Ruby's every move.
Ruby then stops directly in front of Pyrrha. Her beautiful silver eyes staring down into Pyrrha's own.
The caped girl leans down and cups her hands on Pyrrha's cheeks. Her hands feeling softer than a pillow. She then leans down and plants her lips on the Amazonian.
Her lips feel so soft against her skin, Pyrrha feels as if she's in heaven. She wants the feeling to stay, so that she may retire the gesture.
Ruby pulls her lips back from Pyrrha's forehead, and smiles at her friend. (lol you thought it was a lip kiss.)
"Come on, it's been nearly three years and you freeze up on me like this?" The silver eyed red head teases.
Pyrrha blinks at the question, before her brain restarts complete. Pyrrha lunges at Ruby, catching the shorter red head in a great hug.
"Ruby!" Pyrrha shouts out in glee as she wraps her arms around her dear friend. The two are sent tumbling across the ground, and end up with one on top of the other.
Ruby blinks in surprise at the position their in. She's on top, her legs straddling the Amazonian below her. She giggles at the champion's excitement. She sits up off the Amazonian, allowing the other too sit up as well.
"Aha, I missed you too, Pyr." Pyrrha grins at the statement, a feeling of happiness and pride welling up in her.
"But, we cannot ignore the problem you have caused." Ruby sits herself up. Pyrrha raises a brow in confusion, until Ruby wipes off some smeared blood on her. The shorter red head glances at the mutilated corpse not far from them.
Forest green eyes widen in horrid realization at the implications of her murder.
Ruby knew she killed the Pyg! She's saw it too! The proof was all over her body right now. She was caught red handed, along with her face, chest, and literal body.
Ruby spared a glance at the Amazonian, her expression blank, before she begins walking over to the corpse.
"R-Ruby... its not..." Pyrrha croaks out. This is it! She was destroyed! All her hopes! All her dreams! Ruby!
She would leave her, disgusted with her actions. She would tell the whole world, and she'd have no one to turn to. She could care less if she was shunned from society. No, what matter more than anything else was Ruby. Ruby's opinion of her.
Pyrrha began to tear up at the thought of Ruby hating her. Not wanting to be associated with a murderer like her.
"Hm," Ruby crouched down onto the body. She began inspecting the corpse, pulling out magazines of ammunition, a combat knife, and two fragmentation grenades. "This is good, I guess."
Pyrrha blinks in confusion at Ruby's actions. What was she doing?
Ruby leaves the corpse and strode over to the assault rifle lying on the ground. Stepping over the decapitated head, the hooded girl picks up the glossy assault rifle.
"Hm, looks to be a belt-fed heavy assault rifle, .50 caliber FMJ round." She aims the barrel of the rifle at the corpse, firing a bullet. The shot echoes throughout the forest, scaring off some birds. She aims another shot, this time looking through the scope. "Not bad. Pretty good with the scope, and descent weight."
"R-Ruby...?" Pyrrha mumbles out again. Ruby turns to the shocked red head, before slinging the rifle over her shoulder. She strode over to the champion and squats down next to her.
"Next time, don't make such a mess." She licks her thumb and wipes away some blood on Pyrrha's face.
"You're... you're not mad? Disgusted with me?" Pyrrha was so confused. She didn't know what was going on.
"Why would I be disgusted with you? You're my friend." Ruby knows what the red head's referring about. But she knows better than to point it out herself. So, she'll let Pyrrha point out her mistake.
"with the murder! And Pyg, and the body! I just killed that damn pig! And, and y-you saw me!" Her voice cracks. "You're gonna l-leave me and, and, and I'll be a-all alone a-and-"
"Shh, shh, shh, shh." Ruby brings the girl into a hug, stroking her hair. "It's okay, it's okay. I'm not gonna leave you." Ruby's soothing words calm Pyrrha. Her hair stroking bringing a familiar sense of comfort.
"Now then, yes, I know you killed her, but it's alright. I just want to know why?" Ruby holds Pyrrha's cheeks, her silver orbs staring into Pyrrha's green gems.
"She was talking bad about you, Jaune, and Velvet, and all she would ever do is kiss my ass. She was just another one of those pigs." Pyrrha looks away, a feeling mimicking shame filling her.
"Does it bother you that you killed her?" Ruby turns Pyrrha's head back to her.
"Not really, she was just a nuisance."
"Okay then!" Ruby gets up, helping Pyrrha up as well. "If it doesn't bother you, then there's no need to put anymore thought into it." The shorter red head walks over to her friend's weapons. She picks them up and hands them back to the champion.
Pyrrha blinks at her friend's staement. How could she just shrug off murder? Then again, she's one to talk. Pyrrha wlaks after Ruby, a question still lingering in her mind.
"Wait, wait! It doesn't bother you that I killed someone? You're not gonna leave me?"
Ruby pauses in her step, before turning to her friend. Pyrrha sees a gleam in her eye, a familiar look she hasn't seen in a while.
"Why would it bother me? As long as you don't become a serial killer and cause trouble, I could care less." Ruby states, her voice carrying something Pyrrha can't place. "Sides' Pyrrha, you're my friend, I'm not gonna abandon you after all we've been through." she smiles again, lightly slapping the champion's face. "Come on! We have to make up lost time."
Pyrrha just stands there in shock, her mind trying to process what Ruby just said.
'She's fine with me... she not gonna leave me.' a dopey grin appears on her face. 'and she's not gonna abandon me!' Pyrrha silently squeals in glee, before skipping after Ruby.

Somewhere in the forest, a pack of Beowolves were chasing after prey. They all snarled and growled, annoyed at how fast their prey was running.
I mean, with the right motivation, Jaune could run pretty fast.
"Shit! Shit! Shit!" Jaune ran his bubble butt ass of his off, sweat soaking him as he fled from the Grimm.
Why were there so many?! At first there were a few, something Jaune could handle, but then more and more came, to the point Jaune had decided to book it. Apparently Jaune forgot, that he could get tired, while Grimm couldn't.
A Beowolf lunged at him from the side, but he raised his shield smacking away the Grimm. The Beowolf simply rolled across the ground, before getting back up and giving chase.
Jaune was at his limit, he was tired, his Aura was mid way, and he was alone. Sooner or later his legs would give out, and he'd be too tired to fight.
As Jaune ran, the ground suddenly shook, as if there was an earthquake. It sent both parties tumbling as Jaune fell down a small cliff. He bounced off the cliff, smacking into every inconvenient rock and tree. Until a tree crashed in between his legs, making him scream out to the point Beowolves covered their ears in pain.
A single tear fell from Jaune's eye, as he slid off the tree and onto the ground.
"What the-? Jaune!?" a familiar voice exclaimed.
'There goes my future generations.' Jaune groaned holding his crotch. He wasn't able to apply his Aura at the last tree, and well... yeah.
"Hey! Get up!" Jaune heard a voice call out to him. He opened his eyes to see a white angel standing over him, the sun's light giving her a holy glow. Her silky white hair, her ocean blue eyes, her snow white skin.
"A-an angel? Am I in heaven?" he groaned out, his vision clearing up.
"Again, I'm flattered, but this ins't the time for that!" Jaune's vision cleared up to see not an angel but Weiss.
Eh, begger's can be choosers.
"Ugh, where am I? What's going on?" the blond picked himself, up holding his head and crotch in pain.
"You're at a cave, but get your sword out, we got Grimm incoming!" Weiss pulled out her rapier, the Dust Chambered revolver spinning.
"Grimm? Oh. Oh! Right!" Jaune pulled out Crocea Mors, the sheath transforming into a shield.
Grimm then rushed at them from the underbrush, Beowolves, Boarbatusks, and a few Ursa Minors.
"Hope you're ready!" Weiss calls out, her rapier glowing with dust.
"Don't worry! We can do this!" Jaune raised his shield blocking a Beowolf's claw swipe, he parried the limb, before sending a slash at the Grimm.
The blade easily cut through the Grimm's body, the cut into the bone, which Jaune had to yank out.
He kicked away the Grimm's corpse, before partying another claw. He thrust his blade into the Grimm, piercing its chest.
A Boarbatusk spins at him from behind, intending on crushing him, but it crashes into a blue glyph.
Jaune looks behind him to see Weiss change the glyph, and several shots of icicles shoot out impaling the boar.
"Watch your back!" Weiss shouts out, summon a glyph to block a Beowolf. A large icicle shoots from the glyph impaling the monster.
Weiss flips away, dodging a charging ursa. She lands on her feet, her dust chamber spinning before the blade of Myrtenaster glows red. She thrusts forward stabbing into the Ursa's body.
Fires explodes out, as the blade burns the inside of the Grimm. The Ursa roars our in pain, before swinging at Weiss.
She dodges the paw, and delivers a series of quick and fast jabs at the Grimm. The cuts and stabs burning the Grimm, before she impales it in the eye, killing it.
A Beowolf lunges at her from behind, but Jaune steps in block the attack. He applies Aura to his arms and legs, before pushing away the Grimm.
"Watch your back!" He smirks at Weiss, who blushes at the remark.
"How about this, I watch you back, and you watch mine?" She spins the chambers, the blade cackling with lightning.
"Sure, I can work with that." Jaune's raises his sword, his back facing Weiss and vice versa.
The Grimm surround the two, before charging at them.
Jaune blocks another Beowolf, shoving it away.
Weiss comes up from behind and attacks the Grimm, killing it.
An Ursa comes forward at Weiss, but Jaune comes up as well, partying the paw.
He swings his sword, the blade cuts into the Ursa's neck, fatally wounding it.
"Jaune, raises your shield!" Weiss runs at the blond knight.
He complies and raises his shield. Weiss jumps up onto it, and using it as a spring board, she launches herself into the air.
She summons a glyph, before peppering the offending forces with bolts of lightning.
Jaune cuts down another Beowolf, before Weiss lands on top of the corpse, using it as a cushion.
A shadow then covers the sky, before it disappears.
"What was that?!" Weiss shouts out, stabbing another Boarbatusk in the stomach.
Jaune, parries a paw, and impales an Ursa. He takes a risk and looks up at the sky. His blue eyes search around, before they widen in fear.
"GET UNDER COVER!!" He screams out, pushing away a Beowolf.
"What? Why-" Weiss is then picked up like a potato sack by her knight. "What are you doing?! Put me down!"
Jaune runs around, avoiding any Grimm. He searches for any cover, the large shadow passes over once more.
There! A cave!
Jaune sprints his ass towards the cave as a terrible shriek is heard. Weiss looks up to see a Great Nevermore flying by.
It then flaps its wings at the two, sending a series of feathers. The feathers stab into the ground, piercing through tree, rocks, and other unlucky Grimm.
The Nevermore sends another series of iron hard feathers at the humans. The feathers stab down at the ground like giant arrows, growing closer and closer to the two.
Weiss sees a feather coming right at them, so she summons a black glyph, reenforcing it. The feather crashes into the glyph, but it breaks through it, before it hits Jaune in the back.
"ARRGH!" The two are sent tumbling into the cave, more feather are shot at them. The iron feathers crashing into the rock, causing the entrance to collapse.
"Jaune?! Jaune?!" Weiss calls out to the dark.
~ ~ ~
Two red heads are seen traveling together through the forest. The shorter of the two leads the way, while the taller hums happily, following the first.
"So," Pyrrha asks, "how have you been?"
"Hm?" Ruby ducks under a branch. "Oh, I've been fine. Jaune, Velvet, and I still work at the Cafe, though Velvet only comes on Saturday."
The two walk over a small stream. Ruby steps over it, while Pyrrha just walks through it.
"And you, Pyr? How have you been? I've seen you in magazines and some news channels, but I'd rather hear it from you."
"Me? Oh, well," the champion lets out an embarrassed chuckle, "Well, I've been traveling throughout Remnant. Taking part in tournaments, fighting training, I've been offered-" Ruby then flicks her in the forehead.
"Ow! What was that for?" She rubs the spot, man she hits hard.
"Because you boob, I wanna know what you have been doing." Ruby places a hand in her hip. "I don't wanna know about all the tournament stuff and whatnot. How have you've been doing? Have you met any friends? Been seeing anyone? Have you been eating properly?"
"O-oh, um, well. It's really been kinda boring with out you." Pyrrha kicks the ground. "It's always about my appearance, and my reputation, and all. Fans are always peppering me with glory and worship, but it annoying."
Ruby listens to her friend, noting her expressions.
"And well, I've met a few people. Some are just coworkers, other kinda don't work out, and..." Pyrrha trails off, her gaze down at the ground.
"But, everything's alright now! You're here! Jaune's here, and Velvet too. And, I think everything's gonna go well."
"Yeah, I suppose. Though, we'll have to work on making you some friends." Ruby then walks off, Pyrrha chasing after her.
"Wait? What do you mean?"
"Well, you can't alway just stick to me, Jaune, or Velvet. I'm not saying your undesirable or anything, but you do have to work on social interactions."
"But, why would I need new friends when I have you?"
Ruby moves to answer again, but pauses. The question bringing back a familiar sense of Deja vu.
"I don't wanna go momma!"
"Sweetheart, its only going to be for a moment. You can use this chance to make some new friends!"
"But why would I need new friends when I have you?"
"Because Ruby, I won't always be there. You'll need friends that you can trust, ones that you can count on to help you, because you helped them. That is what friends do."
"Ruby?" Pyrrha's voice snaps Ruby back to reality.
"Because Pyrrha," she places a hand on the Amazonian's shoulder. "I won't always be there with you. Jaune and Velvet too. You'll need friends that you can trust, ones that you can count on." Ruby repeats.
"Friends are important Pyrrha, and I want you to be happy. Yeah, I'll be there with you, but you need to grow up. Find some friends, a partner, maybe even find someone special?"
Pyrrha blinks at the shorter red head, before nodding at her.
"Okay, I understand. I do, really." Pyrrha smiles sadly. "I suppose it's the same way. Jaune is strong, but neither of us will always be there for him. Like now."
"That's right." Ruby smiles back, a comfortable silence reining between them.
. . .
"Aww, don't get all sappy! I'm still your best friend!" Ruby playful slaps her shoulder.
SLING!
Metaphorical arrows stab into Pyrrha's soul at the mention of being her friend.
"So, don't worry! You find some friends! Maybe even a special someone!"
SLING!
Another arrow.
"Come on, we've wasted enough time! We don't wanna be the last one do we?" Ruby rubs the dying champion head, before walking off.
"My heart..." Pyrrha mumbles out, clutching her chest. She looks up at Ruby watching her walk off, her red hood flapping.
'I'll stay by your side Ruby, no matter what. Even if you don't notice me...' she stands up, walking after her the short red head. 'Just being acknowledged is enough, but being your friend...'
"Come on slowpoke! We got ground to cover!" Ruby sprints off into the underbrush.
"Coming!"
'Is more than I could ever ask for.'
~ ~ ~
"Jaune! Jaune! Wake up!" Weiss shakes the blond, waking him.
"Velvet... it's too early." Jaune grumbles out, falling back asleep.
"Ugh!" Weiss huffs, before delivering a slap. "Wake up!"
Slap!
"We!"
Slap!
"Need!"
Slap!
"To!"
Slap!
"Move!"
With a final slap, Jaune groans out in pain. He slowly picks himself up, his back and face aching in pain.
"Ow... Weiss? What happened?" He rubs his red face.
"There was a Nevermore, and you saved us." Weiss explains.
"Oh, right." The memories coming back to him. "Why does my body hurt so much?"
"I tried to block a feather, but all I did was slow it down. You got hit in the back, but I think your Aura is gone."
Jaune places his hands on his back, feeling a large dent in the armor. "The armor must have taken the blow. I'll have to get Ruby to fix it." He pulls of the breastplate, before wincing in pain. "Thanks Weiss."
"Humph, it was nothing."
"Hey, Weiss can you light up the area?"
"I'm rather low on Dust, but maybe if we find a torch we can use that." Weiss summons her rapier and shoots out a flare. The Dust ignited releasing a red glow everywhere.
"Ah, here we go!" Jaune picks up a branch, before wrapping it in a rag. He lights the rag, just as the flare dies.
"Sheesh, Yeah, I'll really gonna have to fix that." Jaune picks up his breastplate, noting how badly warped the metal was.
"Come on, there must be an exit." Jaune leads the way further into the cave, Weiss following after him.
"Hey, Weiss?"
"Yes, Jaune?"
"Why does my face hurt so much?"
"U-uh, maybe you fell on your face when you got hit?" Weiss lies, hoping the blond would fall for it.
"Oh... I get that makes sense."
Yes! Mission accomplished.
. . .
The two continue to walk into the cave, the only sound being the cackling of the torch. It had been a while, and there had been no sign of an exit.
"Ugh, where is the stupid exit to this place?!" Weiss huffs, stomping her foot. The stomp echoes through out the cave, several eyes on the ceiling open up.
"Uh, Weiss..." Jaune notices the glowing eyes.
"What?!" She snaps.
Jaune points up at the waking bats hanging on the ceiling. Weiss just pales in fear, and lets out a scream.
The bats all drop down and flutter around them. Weiss screams even more before she slashes at them with her rapier.
"Weiss!" Jaune falls out dodging a slash. "Calm down!" And dodge. "Their just bats!"
"Yeah! Gross, disgusting, flying rats that carry rabies!" Weiss slashes down another bat.
The bats then all fly further down the cave, before flying out a hole in the ceiling.
"Look! An exit!" Jaune points up at the hole, light filtering in.
"Good! Now we can leave this damn place!" Weiss huffs.
"Come on, I'll boost you up there!" Jaune climbs over the very uneven rocks, before helping Weiss up.
"You better not look up my skirt or I'll stab and leave you." Weiss threatens, putting her foot on Jaune's hands.
"Weiss, I can't even see two feet in front of me, let alone up your skirt." Jaune pushes the white hairs girl up.
Weiss leaps up to the hole, her hands gripping the edges.
"Almost there..."
"Hey, Weiss."
"What is it? Can't you see I'm almost there?"
"Yeah, I know. It's just, you ever wonder why the rocks were so uneven?"
"Jaune, what are you talking about?!"
"I think I know why."
The 'ground' Jaune was standing on suddenly moved down. The boy stumbled and fell, but he cling on the 'ground'.
He was then lowered where ten glowing red eyes glared into him, the ground he was on being a pincer.
"Aha ha ha..." Jaune laughed nervously. "Nice giant Grimm scorpion-"
The Grimm then let out a ear piercing screech before it charged against the cave's wall.
~ ~ ~
Weiss finally made it out of the cave, she huffed, ready to help Jaune up. Until the side of the cave suddenly exploded and a big ass Deathstalker charged out. Jaune holding onto its glowing stinger for dear life.
"WAAHHHHHH HAH HAH HAH!!!! WEIEESS HALP MEH!!!" Jaune screamed out like a girl as he was shaken back and forth.
"Ugh, why does this shit keep happening to me?!" Weiss groaned out, before chasing after the blond idiot.
~ ~ ~
The screech echoes throughout the forest. Ruby and Pyrrha pause in their trek, Pyrrha reaching for her weapon.
"Hmmm, let's go!" Ruby sprints off in the direction of the roar, Pyrrha following after her.
~ ~ ~
Yang punches a Beowolf before a screech echoes throughout the forest.
"Huh? What was that?" Yang kills another Beowolf, before running towards the screech.
She runs over a hill, jumping over a log, before she crashes into something.
"Ah, what the hell? Better not be another-!" Yang's words die in her throat as she looks up at what, or rather who, she crashed into.
"Ugh." Ruby shakes her head before she looks up. Silver orbs meet lavender. She freezes at the sight of Yang, her golden blonde hair wild and untamed.
Finally after a decade, the two sisters finally meet.
Ruby C. Rose and Yang Xiao Long.
This wasn't supposed to happen. Not yet. It was far too early!
Unknowingly to either girls, Ruby's breathing has fastened, memories came flooding back, her mind began panicking.
So she did the only thing to prevent herself from being triggered.
"Ruby..." Yang mumbles out, she slowly reaches a hand out to her sister. "It's you... it's really you..." But Ruby slaps away the limb, before picking herself up.
"Ruby...?" Yang watches as Ruby stands, her silver eyes giving her a dull uninterested look. "Ruby, its me! Yang-!"
"Xiao Long..." Ruby finishes for the blonde, her tone dead and emotionless. "Yes, I am aware of who you are, Xiao Long. How could I forget?"
Yang flinches at the tone her sister, before picking herself up. "Ruby, look, I know what I did was wrong and-"
"Ruby!" a blood covered Pyrrha suddenly burst through the underbrush. "I thought I lost you?" She huffs, She turns her head towards Yang, noticing the blonde. "Oh, Yang right?"
"Uh, yeah! Y-you know my sister?" Yang asks walking closer to the two.
"Sister?" Pyrrha turns to Ruby. "What do you-" she freezes at the dull, blank look Ruby gives her. She recognizes the emotionless stare Ruby has in her eyes. It's something she only does in highly stressful situations.
Ruby turned off her emotions.
"Ruby?" Pyrrha calls out nervously.
"Yes?" She answers, her tone still dead.
Pyrrha flinches at the time, but continues on. "Is, this..." she gestures to Yang. "Is she-"
"Yes, this Yang Xiao Long." Ruby answers curtly before walking to her assault rifle.
Pyrrha blinks at the answer, her mind processing the answer, before she donned a look of hatred.
She pulls out Milò, transforming it into its javelin form before throwing it at Yang.
"Woah!" Yang raises her Ember Celica, deflecting the javilen.
"How dare you!" Pyrrha rushes the blonde, slamming Akoúo̱ in to her.
Yang stumbles back, but she holds her ground, as she throws a punch at the champion. "What's the hell's your problem?!"
"You know what you did! You hurt Ruby, you bitch!" Pyrrha dodges the punch, before delivering her own. Her fist crashes into Yang sending the blonde stumbling back further.
Pyrrha's hand glows black as she uses her polarity to attract Milò. The javelin shoots back to its master, before she grabs it and thrusts it forward.
Yang dodges the pike aimed at her face, before wrapping her arm around the weapon. "This doesn't involve you!" She yanks the champion forward and throws a punch her. "What do you know?!"
Pyrrha head jerks back at the force, her Aura taking the hit, before she jerks her head forward slamming it into the blonde's.
Yang takes the hit, but she's shoved away, before the javelin stabs into her stomach. Her Aura flickers at the weapon, before it cracks.
"I know enough that you scarred her for life!" Pyrrha transforms Milò into its Xiphos form, before she slashes at Yang.
Yang pulls out Dragkov and deflects the hit. She tries to swing back at the red head, but Pyrrha parries the swing with her shield.
"Then get out of my way so I can fix this!"
"You don't even deserve the right to speak to her!"
The two begin exchanging blows. Their blades are moving so fast, they look like blurs. But Ruby follow the blades with ease. She watches from the sides, her expression still blank.
CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!
The two are seemingly matched, but Yang lessens the Gravity Dust, favoring speed over strength. She slowly gets the upper hand, as she begins pushing Pyrrha back.
But the red head uses her semblance to deflect the mass of metal, and knocks the weapon out of Yang's hands.
She slashes at the blonde, but Yang dodges the blade, a strand of hair is sliced off.
"MY HAIR!!!" Yang explodes her semblance activating. Her hair burns a bright glow, her lavender irises glow red before Yang launches herself with her gauntlets.
Pyrrha raises her shield blocking the hit, but the force of the attack, makes her legs buckle, before she's sent flying off.
She crashes into a tree, her Aura taking the blow. But she doesn't get any time as she dodges to the side, just as Yang delivers a punch.
The tree explodes into pieces, Yang pulls out her fist, and charges at Pyrrha. She releases a fury of punches at the champion, her eyes burning red.
Pyrrha grit her teeth, the force of the punches chipping away her Aura, but they were growing less with each passing moment.
Yang threw her fist forward, but Pyrrha dodges the swing, and grabbed her arm, before flipping her over her.
Yang crashes down in the ground, her Aura shattering. But she didn't let up, as she rolled to the right, dodging Milò's javelin.
She continues to roll, with Pyrrha trying to stab her, until she pulls out her sawed off, and fires at Pyrrha at point blank range.
The shots shatter the champion's Aura, sending her stumbling back.
Yang jerks up, and grabs Dragkov.
Pyrrha grits her teeth, before compacting Milò. She stabs the weapon into Akoúo̱. Gears and mechanisms shift and turn, unlocking the hidden feature.
Yang charged at Pyrrha her blade. Pyrrha weapon finally completes and she charges at the blonde as well.
"RAAAAAA!!!!" They both yelled out as they swung their weapon.
CLANG!!!
But the two weapons never clashes as both girls were caught mid air, blue glowing wires wrapped around them and their weapons.
"What the-?! What the hell is this?!" Yang struggles against the bindings, but she barely even shifts.
Pyrrha also struggles against them, but she stops when she sees Ruby walk over to them. The blue wires wrapped around the fingers.
"Ruby?"
Ruby just stares up at the two with her dull silver eyes. She raised her hands and did a series of gestures, her hands and fingers wriggling around the wires.
"Wha-? Ruby? Are you doing this?!" Yang feels the wires loosen around her.
Soon the two girls are unceremoniously dropped on the ground. The two fall with a thud, and immediately reach for their weapons, but Ruby yanks them away. Dragkov, Ole' Reliable, Ember Celica, Milò, and Akoúo, hung midair, the wires wrapped around them.
"Pyrrha, Xiao Long..." Ruby calls out their name, her tone still dead. "I will return your weapons, but do I do not want you to fight each other."
She turns to Pyrrha who flinches under her gaze.
"Pyrrha, leave Xiao Long alone. I will deal with her."
"But she-!"
Ruby eyes narrow down the slightest, making Pyrrha shut up.
"You will leave her alone and make no attempt to kill or attack her. Am I understood?" She asks her silver eyes burning into the warrior's soul.
"Yes."
"Yeah you better listen, you-" Ruby turns to Yang who also freezes under her gaze.
"You..." Ruby stares down the blonde, her silver orbs staring into Yang's lavender own. "Shut up."
Ruby simply drops the weapons, and walks away.
"Let's go. We've wasted enough time." The wires all zip back to Ruby, wrapping around her hands.
Pyrrha picks herself up, before grabbing her weapons. She turns and glares at the blonde. Yang glares back with the same intensity, before she grabs her weapons, and follows after her sister.
"Ruby! Please!" Yang walks after the red head, but Pyrrha blocks her path. "Tch, outta the way Nikos." She grabs her Dragkov, ready to pull it out.
"Pyrrha, what did I say?" Ruby calls out. Pyrrha pauses in her steps, but obliges in Ruby's command.
"That right, outta the way." Yang walks past Pyrrha, who was seething in rage. "Ruby, wait up!"
But Ruby ignores her and continues walking. Yang suddenly places a hand on her shoulder, and for a moment her mask broke.
"DON'T TOUCH ME!!" She screams out shoving off Yang's arm. Her wires wrap around the blonde before yanking her away. She crashes into a tree, the wires tying her there.
Yang opens her eyes to see several wires wound together forming spiked tips all aiming at her. They were just a few centimeters from piercing her, and she didn't have any Aura.
Ruby's glaring at the blonde, her eyes burning a violent blue, with wisps of purple here and there.
'She... has it too?! Just like-!' Yang is then dropped onto the ground, the wires loosening.
Ruby recalls her wires, before taking a deep breath. She opening her eyes, and that dead expression replaces all of the anger and fear.
"Do what you want Xiao Long, I am not responsible for your life nor your decisions." Ruby walks away, Pyrrha following.
The champion turns around and gives the blonde a satisfied, smug smirk, before following Ruby.
Yang sits on the ground trying to process what had just happened.
She just found her long lost sister, got into a fight with Pyrrha Nikos, and now almost got killed by said sister.
"Ruby... what happened?" Yang looks at her arm. The wrappings were torn, but her other arm had several thin cuts, most likely from the wires.
Yang takes a deep breath before she stands up, and rips off her wrappings. She reaches into her pack and pulls out more bandages and begins wrapping them in her arm.
"Don't worry Ruby," She tightens the wrappings. "I'll fix this. I'll show you how much I regret what I've done." She walks after the two red heads, her expression that if determination.
"Even if it's the last thing I do."

As the trio walk off, they never notice the pair of eyes watching from the tree tops.
"Oh? Now this is getting real interesting."
