I have my spear ready with me every single step I took. Already about to jump, I came across the loud noise again, but this time, it made a groaning sound. I wobbled, trying not to fall down, alerting the monster. I hide in some bushes and peep my head just a tad bit. I look up at the endless tall monster. It came with scales, a smokey tint to it, and looked like a firefly, but 100x larger. I couldn't believe what I saw. It lingered around, looking for its next victim. I suddenly feel a hand behind my back. I jumped up and shoved my spear at them. It was y/n! Luckily, she dodged it.

"What the hell are doing?" She silently yelled. I scrunched up my lips.

"Look," I pointed at the monster. She nodded.

"I know! I've been spying on that think before you showed up. DONT GET NEAR IT!" She whispered. I raised a brow. I got confused.

"Come on, I have something waiting for you," she said as she smiled. I nervously laughed. She grabbed my hand and took me to her camp.

Your pov

He will love the surprise. He will probably know what it is because you two have been... doing it for awhile. You want him to ignore the monster and start concentrating on you. You eventually make your way to the camp.

"Where is the surprise?" He said as he laid down his gear. You walk closer to him. You put your arms around his neck and kiss him. You feel him smile and grab your waist. You both make out.
