(The base is below. Just so you know I drew this sort of like Happ_dog's style. Not exactly copying it, but just using it to reference a more chibi design-)

I only permit a few people to use it/make a mistralyte (They can create adopts out of them, too if they want. I know it sucks tho :/)

All of you that have been listed are permitted to make a Mistralyte (or Umbraskite when I finally manage to post it), and are able to use this base (Or any other base surrounding this species.) If anyone other than these people (Or the people listed on the guidebook) creates one, I will not hesitate to mute them. *The only way to obtain this is from adoption or being added to the list, in which I log it in the guidebook. I know I sound a little overprotective but it's because I am about my creations.*

It is possible I will make better versions in the future. For now, this is the best I can make it.
