**above is a Crystallune. Not the species, but a gene that is recessive in all creatures, which means it is rather rare to have, basically its just ultra floof that grants the creature the ability to shapeshift as long as their fur isn't cut by something biotic/alive. So if you personally took scissors to her fur she would lose her ability, but if the scissors themselves cut her floof she would be perfectly fine. It takes an artifact, like the lesser eye of Mkudae to grow it back, and once its fully grown it will start to corrupt them as their fur grows longer and they will be evil.**
