"This is the case no. – 2154, Robinson Clarke subject to the hearing because of the following reasons:

1) Dealing with illegal firearms from Iran.

2) Murdering an innocent translator – Haseena Sheikh.

3) Using manipulative methods for various numbers of dealings, causing harm to both government property and personal property and with enough pieces of evidence even lives.

I would now like the lawyers to start the hearing." The judge gives the orders.

"Yes, Your Honor. First I would like to call the main witness of the case and for the first and second clause in the case details, Mr. Fabian Rutter." The lawyer calls in for Fabian.

Nina clutches Alphie's hand more after hearing his name. She knew this was the end but she was still scared. She was scared of the fact that this isn't over yet. This isn't her last visit to the court. Seeing her tensed, Alphie comforts her by saying, "Don't worry. We came this far. We don't have anything to fear anymore." He assures her.

Some of the few media outlets had also come to cover the case as the matter was very public. Even the officials from Iran who were involved in this corruption were called in. Fabian could see Jungkook, the officer who helped him catch Robinson and prove him innocent.

FLASHBACK

"Hello?" Fabian stutters as he says the first greeting. He thought calling him up was a bad idea.

"I thought you would never call!" The cheerful voice of Jungkook greets Fabian.

Jungkook was another official from South Korea who had come with his team for training in the ISF. To say he was a close friend of Fabian would be an understatement.

"Is everything okay? It's safe for you to talk to me right? Jungkook sounds a bit worried. He knew the officials were planning of framing Fabian for Haseena's murder so he warned him. He was the one who helped him get out of that country. "Call me when you have found a solution." He clearly remembers his last words to Fabian.

"I was scared to call you. But now I am relieved that you haven't changed. You still believe in me." Fabian takes a sigh of relief.

"Hey! If I didn't believe you, I wouldn't have helped you run away in the first place!" Jungkook sounds a bit offended but he chuckles Fabian's worries away, "Just kidding. Everything is fine here. Since you have been so quiet, the people here have been quiet too. They couldn't track you so they gave up. But you called me so suddenly. Have you got anything?" Jungkook sounds so excited.

"Yes Hyung. But I might need your help. I have proof of the people involved in Haseena's murder. But the stakes are too high and the people behind it are at really high positions. I would like you to be very careful with this plan." Fabian starts to tell him about his plan. He mentions that since the officials won't be punished under their country's law but Jungkook has to make sure that that they will not be let off leniently in Iran.

(Hyung is a South Korean word used for an elderly brother)

"Don't worry Fabian. I will make them pay for whatever they did. You stay assured."

"Thank you, Hyung. I don't know what would I have done without you." Fabian was really thankful.

"Pay me back with some delicious meal the next time we meet and the girl you are crushing on." Jungkook chuckles.

"Uh, what?" Fabian is flustered. How did he get to know?

"They might have stopped tracking you but still have my eyes on you. Now bye!" he cuts the call and Fabian is dumbstruck.

"Mr. Fabian Rutter. Take the oath of saying the truth and nothing but the truth in front of Your Honor and the honorable court." The lawyer starts.

"I promise to tell the truth and nothing but the truth."

Fabian talks about the whole scenario that he saw. From Haseena being called to the tent till the point, she was killed. He remembered each and everyone's name and could recognize them from miles away. The lawyer plays the video supporting his story.

"I recognized many of the people being part of my very own team. So I went to talk to our tent leader and was shocked to hear that he was involved in it too. I wasn't aware of the illegal dealing and I heard it was about killing Haseena. Later when I protested, I was threatened to keep quiet and was ordered to take the blame for her murder."

"So I ran away with the help of another official Jungkook, whom I later contacted when I got real proof behind the whole case."

The judge orders for the other witnesses after Fabian gets down. He looks at Nina and gives her his warmest smile because he knew she might have been worried.

"Does Miss Robinson Clarke deny any of the charges and allegations put on her?"

The lawyers nod a no and Robinson is just looking down, defeated.

"In that case, with all the pieces of evidence in front, it clearly shows that Miss Robinson Clarke is guilty of all the charges and allegations that have been put on her. Looking at the seriousness of the crimes, she will be stripped off of all her titles of bearing power. She is being sentenced to life imprisonment with no exceptions of reducing life term by social service."

"For Iran's officials who were a part of the corruption scandal, our country's law cannot bind you. But with our cordial relationships, the Court of Iran will sentence you to the necessary punishment they deem fit for you. The court is adjourned for the day." The judge gets up to leave and everyone bows.

Robinson is being dragged out of the court as the media gather around her, asking her questions about her patriotism, her loyalty to her country. Fabian, Nina, and Alphie are successful in dodging the media and meet Jungkook outside the court.

"Ready for the meal I promised you Hyung?" Fabian says hugging Jungkook.

"Maybe next time champ. The situation back there is much worse than here."

"You are not in trouble because of me right?" Fabian asks worriedly. Going against the higher-ups must have been so hard.

"Meh, a little. You know I can handle it right?" He assures him with his smile, "I'll get going then. Nice to meet you Nina and Alphie." He shakes their hands.

Jungkook whispers something into Fabian's ears which Nina couldn't help but hear,

"She is pretty. Protect her."

Fabian walks away to drop Jungkook and Nina can't hide her blush. Everything is finally falling into place. Now they have only one thing to focus on.

"Yes, we do. And we will get justice for her too." Alphie assures Nina as if he read her mind.

"We have to meet Patricia right?" Nina asks after looking at her message.

"Yes. Because of what we did at the conference." Alphie nods.

Closer to the truth. Closer to getting justice for mom.
