Will You Be My Daddy? 🐰- 66
428.
A day before Haneul went to school. (This is also when she saw Jimin at the airport)
⚠️Blood/violence because of a fight⚠️
"Can't wait to be home."
Jimin blew a kiss toward his phone screen. His heart melted a little when his mate whined softly, saying he missed him with an unconscious pout on his lips. Jimin wanted to kiss that pout away.
Jungkook looked so adorable in his fluffy hoodie with their pup snuggled into his chest. Minmin fell asleep after the first few minutes. The little pup tried so hard to stay awake and talk to his Papa a little bit more but easily lost the battle with his sleep.
The sight of the sleepy pup nuzzling into his omega's chest, rubbing his nose into the soft material of his hoodie and yawning was something he could see all day. It was something Jimin never realized he would get to see in this lifetime. He had gotten so used to the solitude yet there was always this unspoken longing in his heart.
Jimin couldn't tear his gaze from them even if he willed. He filled his heart and memories with them, taking screenshot after screenshot to look at later.
The alpha cooed at his pup, asking his omega to kiss him on his behalf. Now he wanted to kiss Jungkook all over his face, bite those cheeks and munch on those petal lips. He wanted to nuzzle into his slender neck and inhale that delicious scent of berries.
"Okay. I'll let you go. You need to prepare for this meeting," Jungkook spoke with a pout.
"You first," he murmured.
"Don't wanna."
"I don't want to either," he whispered.
"Fine. I will then," Jungkook huffed. "But I really really miss you. You better fix it before I come to you."
Jimin laughed then. "Love you, honey bun."
"Love you more, Alpha mine."
Jimin sighed, watching the screen go blank. Jungkook had half-heartedly ended the call. Between them, Jimin would never end the call first. He just didn't have the heart to do it first, always wishing for a little more time with his mate and pup.
However, the job was demanding. There was just so much to do. Jungkook's dad had the foresight of things going this route and had already taken countermeasures. His job was to meet them and convince them he was indeed a good choice for this position.
Jungkook's dad had everyone's history at the tip of his fingers and endless resources at Jimin's disposal. With the knowledge he already possessed by studying all of them for years and with the new resources, it wasn't that hard to tackle. It was time consuming and Jimin had to make the best first impression.
Jungkook's dad also gave him the private jet to use so he didn't have to travel in commercial. He even held some meetings in the jet itself by inviting the investors on board the flight. It all depended on their schedule. Fortunately, the private jet also came with WiFi and hence he could at least see them both while flying.
Traveling was exhausting but Jimin loved to travel. Even if it had been years since he left Korea, that little boy who always waited for a chance to leave the country at the first chance he got was still inside him. He would reach France soon and if he could wrap things here in two days, he would be able to go home sooner.
He was heading directly to the meeting so he already got dressed in the jet. Hours later, when they landed in Paris, it was around seven-thirty in the morning. Jimin had everything he needed and he was ready to face the day.
An hour later, Jimin sat in the meeting room of the hotel they had booked. The small meeting room had six chairs and a rectangular desk equipped with a projector and a screen. It also came with an automated coffee/tea maker and a mini-fridge.
His attention wasn't on either of those, but on the alpha who sat in front of him. It wasn't like Jimin didn't know Seo Junyoung aka Jake would be here. Still, he hoped against hope that it was Jake's father he was meeting.
Unlike Jimin, his arch nemesis had trouble processing the fact that Jimin was there in the same room as him. He didn't bother hiding the shock from his face. Nor did he try to mask his disdain.
They both had bad blood since they were in school. It started in middle school and progressed well into college until Jimin graduated early. He never had the displeasure of meeting Jake again until today. On his way here, Jimin was half hoping to meet Jake's dad instead of him.
"We meet again." Jake broke the silence first.
His voice was just the same if not more annoying. He was the same height and build, aged a little bit and other than that there was nothing new. Jimin controlled his scent from flaring too much and revealed his irritation.
"We did," he answered mildly.
"Can't say it's a pleasure," Jake retorted.
Jimin shrugged. "At least we have something in common."
Jake chortled. "You're an annoying bastard. You know that?"
Jimin reclined in his seat. "The sentiment is mutual."
Jake scoffed. "What are you doing here anyway?" he asked. "After your beloved Daddy kicked you out of the pack and family tree, I thought you will never have it in you to show your face in front of me. Tell me Park Jimin. Who all did you beg to be in this position? Thought that old mutt wanted to keep all this within his family." He crossed his legs at his knee. "You know it makes sense." He waved his hand. "What better than hiring a discarded trash with no place to go as your new lap dog? Brilliant strategy if you ask me."
Jimin suppressed the wave of anger that shot through him. He wondered how Jake knew that but it wasn't a big deal. They all ran in the same circle.
"Still the same potty mouthed, I see. Sadly, maturity didn't accompany your age. My bad."
Jake slammed his palms on the table. "Enough! You should talk carefully when you're someone who wants something from me and not the other way around," he sneered. "Beg me, dog. Maybe I'll consider throwing a few pennies at most."
Jimin clenched his jaw. It was nothing new. He was right. Jake hadn't changed a bit. This talk wasn't going to help. Good thing he always prepared in advance.
Before Jimin could respond Jake continued, "Or I might have a wonderful proposal. It's nothing new. You know in the past I asked that old mutt to marry off his useless son to me. It was a generous offer you know. I mean who would even look twice at that spoiled brat who is only worth fucking once. No one would look at Jeon Jungkook twice." He smirked, ignorant to the way Jimin's scent changed and was now sparked with unbridled fury. He clenched his fist. "Since they think he's too good for me, I'll modify my offer. Ask senior Jeon to send me his son for a night and I'll consider going forward with this deal."
Jimin lunged. His fist acted before his mind could.
All semblance of his previous calm, collected nature flew out of the window as he bashed Jake's face into the same window that overlooked the busy city. His wolf snarled at the bastard.
"Say that again," he growled. "I dare you."
Jake, who didn't expect this, thrashed in his steel like hold. He coughed and sputtered, trying to recover but Jimin wasn't going to give him a chance for that. He withdrew his hand only to land another punch that caused a sickening crack to echo in the room.
"You worthless piece of shit!" he spat. "How dare you say his name with that filthy mouth?!" He bashed his head against the window repeatedly, punctuating each word. "Keep him out of your filthy thoughts."
Jimin did nothing to control the murderous rate pulsing through his veins. A soft ripping noise came from his arms with how his biceps were bulging. Maybe the suit was torn. He didn't care. The alpha was threateningly close to shifting into his wolf form.
"You dare to dream he'd let you anywhere near him?" Jimin threw him on the floor and continued to beat the shit out of him. His claws ripped through his pristine suit drawing blood. "I fucking dare you to try," he snarled. "If Jungkook didn't castrate you first, I will."
His eyes were burning and he was sure they would be shining amber that belonged to his wolf. He smashed the alpha to the floor, punching anywhere, he could reach and pinned him there.
The lowly bastard tapped his palm on the floor, asking to be let out. In the past, Jimin always stopped when one party conceded their failure. But this was different. His wolf was out for blood, which he was determined to give.
"S-Stop!" He sobbed. "P-Please...what the fuck!" He pushed Jimin off him with a renewed strength and crawled all the way to the opposite side of the room. "What the fuck is wrong with you?!" Jake panted, wiping the blood off his face and his demeanor changed. "You fucking bastard. I'm calling the cops," he sniffled with a painful grunt. "I'll sue you."
His voice came out muffled and unclear with how swollen his face was. It was u recognisable and bleeding buckets. But Jimin wasn't satisfied.
"You have to be alive for that," he growled.
"W-What?" Jake scrambled as far from him as possible, plastering his back against the wall. "Y-You can't hurt me," he protested weakly.
"Watch me."
Before Jimin could close the distance, the door opened. Mr. Seo went on high alert, immediately calling for security while Jimin stood unbothered.
"Oh, my God! Junyoung, my son." The man knelt, pulling Jake toward him. "What the hell is going on here?"
"It's him." Jake pointed at Jimin. He wiped the blood off his face using his sleeves. "Fucking bastard broke my jaw."
"What the hell! Jinwan, what is this?" Mr. Seo asked, the veins on his forehead almost popping. Waves and waves of his anger flooded the room along with his bitter scent.
Jeon Jinwan, who was analyzing the situation silently said, "First tell me what your son did to warrant his wrath. Jimin wouldn't start a fight over nothing."
"You're already taking sides without even knowing the full story?" Mr. Seo glowered. "He's an outcast who picks fights just for fun. Why do I even have to ask him?"
Jinwan sighed. "Jake, care to tell me what you told Jimin that made him go ballistic like that?"
"Nothing," Jake said. "I said nothing."
Jimin's growl that followed echoed off the walls of the room, sending a cold shiver through their spines. His eyes flashed dangerously and his lips curled to reveal his lethal fangs.
"Fucking fine. I just wanted to marry Mr. Jeon's son. That's all. I said everything will be easier if he listened to us and married him off to me," Jake rattled with a heaving chest. "I'll fucking tame that brat and put him in his place." He spat the blood. "Fucking omega bitch. Always behaves as if he's royalty and now this asshole is out for my blood for some useless wench."
That was all it took for Jimin to lunge again. This time Mr. Seo tried to stop him only to end up on the floor with a hand on his ribs where Jimin kicked. The fight was bloody but Jake didn't stand a chance against the furious wolf who was out for blood with a vengeance. Jimin heard a few bones crack under his fist.
When it felt like Jake would really die if Jimin didn't stop, only then Jinwan stepped forward to hold Jimin back. "We need him alive, son," he said. "At least until he signs the papers."
Only then, Jimin let him go. He shook his hand and went to grab a tissue to wipe the blood off his knuckles.
"What the hell is going on?" Mr. Seo yelled. "Jinwan, is this why you called us here? This is illegal. I won't let this slide. If you think you can buy our support, you thought wrong."
"Who said anything about support?" Jimin retrieved an envelope from his inner pocket before throwing it at him. "You better see this before talking," he said.
The older man opened the envelope and his face paled with every photograph he looked at. "W-What is this?"
Jimin scowled. "Your son's sexual escapades plus gambling in Las Vegas last month." He went to sit on a chair and threw his feet on the table. "The former only has the potential to headline the newspapers for a few days at the most but the latter..." he drawled. "He could go to jail. So what is it?" he asked. Then waved at Jinwan, who in turn produced a set of documents. "You only have one choice. Sell the shares to me and quit from the board."
"Impossible!" Mr. Seo cried. "That's ridiculous. I've been on the board for over fifteen years. You cannot make me quit."
Jimin hummed. "Then you can see this." He threw another envelope at him. "Tax evasion, cash embezzlement," he listed. "Oh, I also happened to have a video of you dancing with an underage model in a private party in Paris last week."
"That was only a dance. I never did anything else!" His face was red as he quickly wiped his forehead. "This is insane. She was working in a project I invested. We were celebrating the success that's all."
"Yeah. Whatever." He waved a hand. "Good luck trying to prove that. Sign the papers and we won't have any future trouble."
The man shook his head furiously. "I refuse. You can't make me sell my shares like this. They're worth billions."
Jimin smiled. "So? Didn't your father misuse the trust Mr. Jeon's dad had in him to illegally procure these shares? How else did you become the second major shareholder of the Jeon Group over the years? Even Jungkook's shares are less compared to yours."
Jinwan blinked and he slowly leaned toward him. "I thought we were going to convince them to vote on our behalf," he whispered.
"I changed my mind," Jimin simply answered.
"When?"
"When that bastard brought Jungkook into it."
"Ah." His father-in-law nodded in understanding. "He must have had a death wish," he mumbled to himself and cleared his throat. "Mr. Seo, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Your choice."
"You're also supporting him? Do you even know who that is?" Mr. Seo asked exasperatedly. "He's the fucking heir of the Park family. How could you bring him inside like this? Who is the real enemy here?"
"Obviously you," Jinwan deadpanned. "Don't look at me like that. Your son brought my son into the mix and together you brought this upon yourselves. You shouldn't have talked about my pup."
"What's wrong with my son's proposal? It's because your son doesn't have a mate you're running around like this. A marriage would solve all this." Mr. Seo's chest heaved as he talked. "My son is extremely capable and there's no one better than him to be your successor."
Jinwan put a hand on Jimin's shoulder. "I wouldn't run my mouth like that if I were you," he warned.
"What's the matter with him?" Mr. Seo pointed at Jimin. "He's acting as if I was talking about his family."
Jinwan sighed. "You're indeed talking about his family."
"What?" Mr. Seo glanced between them. "When did a Jeon and a Park become a family?" he sneered.
"Ever since my son became the father of his pup," Jinwan answered nonchalantly. "Can you sign this first? It's really a headache if he killed you before that. All that legal shit and formalities," he exasperated.
Mr. Seo opened and closed his mouth for a moment. Then he said, "I'm not signing."
Jimin pulled out his phone and played a clip. He put it on the table facing Mr. Seo. "This clip will be telecasted in every channel if you don't sign right away. Don't waste my time."
"This is harassment!"
Jimin shrugged and took his phone back. "I just need to email a copy to this dear friend I have in the media. Hey Jake, you might remember our Hansong. He was even working in the college magazine. His gossip columns were always on point. He's now working with Korean Daily."
Jake gingerly grabbed the pen, signing the papers without further ado. He could barely keep his eyes open and Jimin put another paper under his hand so he didn't stain the papers.
"Good boy," Jimin mumbled.
"What the hell are you doing?" Mr. Seo panicked. "You stupid boy, what's wrong with you?" He lunged for the paper but Jinwan grabbed them first.
"Because he knows better than pushing me," Jimin replied. "Do you remember that one time your son was arrested for possessing a tad bit of drugs in his farm house party? Who do you think put him behind the bars for two months before you managed to clean his mess?"
Mr. Seo paled while Jimin's smile grew sinister.
"I won't ask again. This time his mess is not that easy to clean," Jimin smirked. With an exhale, he stood. "Dad, I'll be outside." Then he turned to Mr. Seo and said pointedly, "Sign them before I come back. I'm not nicer when it comes to stuff like this. Even my father-in-law can't save you from my wrath."
With that, Jimin exited the room and went to wash the drying blood off his hands. He felt great after bashing Jake after all these years. The last time they head butted wasn't a memorable event. However, that day he had Haneul with him and was also dealing with his family side pressure. So, he hadn't gone for his throat, but now he felt satisfied.
Ten minutes later, when Jimin went back to the meeting room, Mr. Seo had already signed the papers and cursing them both under his breath.
"Son, you ruined his face and there's not a part that's left untouched," Jinwan complained.
"Not sorry." He shrugged.
"Where am I supposed to punch him then?" Jinwan countered. "I'm afraid he won't make it if I touch him now."
"The other one's face is free," Jimin reminded him. "This big boy can candle a couple of hits, can't he?" He carefully secured the papers and stepped back. "I'll be outside." On the way to the exit, he glanced at Jake. "This might be the last time we're seeing each other. So, you won't be missed. When you spend time in jail, remember me." He waved his phone at his face and Jake's bloody face darkened.
"You promised!" Jake paled and panic filled his eyes.
"Jake, you should know better. Between us, I never keep my promises." Jimin winked, going out of the door and then paused. "Jungkook is indeed royalty. He's my little king. Stay away from him if you know what's best for you." Then he was off, slamming the door shut behind him.

Jinwan's POV:
Jinwan sighed when the door closed behind them. "You both really dug a grave," he commented, approaching Mr. Seo. He hooked his index finger under his chin, lifting his pudgy face. "I always disliked you. You're a snake and I'm happy you're finally out of my grandpa's company. I wish he is here to see it."
"You will regret this." Spittle flew from Mr. Seo's mouth. "Parks cannot be trusted."
"And Seos can be trusted?" Jinwan cocked a brow. "Tell me Jun-hyeok, what makes you believe that your useless son deserves to marry my pup, hmm?"
"What doesn't he have?! He's a purebred alpha, rich and competent." Mr. Seo's chest heaved with anger and his face was red with contained fury. His fists clenched on the table. Jake was still on the floor where Jimin left him, curled into a ball and trying to regulate his breathing.
"Just possessing a dick that can knot doesn't make one an alpha. You both don't have good intentions for my son's future. To you, Jungkook is only a stepping-stone to have a strong grip in the Jeon Group. You knew he isn't interested in business, so you tried everything else like so many others," Jinwan paused and took a deep breath. "Didn't my son break his hand once for groping him?"
Mr. Seo flinched and glanced away.
"That's right. My son had your precious purebred alpha under his mercy in that deserted corridor. You couldn't stomach the thought that an omega handed his ass back to him. So you started spreading rumors about my pup in the social circle, painting him as if he was some feral wolf with no control or whatsoever. Don't think I don't know what you've been up to and where it's all coming from."
Mr. Seo didn't speak.
"But alas, my hands were tied. You had too much influence in the board and were always a pain in my ass." He pointed a finger at Jake. "It's bold of you to assume, I'd give into your pressure. My son won't choose your asshole of a son even if he's the last alpha alive."
Mr. Seo scoffed. "Just because you have an upper hand now doesn't mean you won."
Jinwan shrugged. "My pup has that alpha wrapped in his pinkie. I already won." He cracked his knuckles. "Now I owe you something for all that bull crap you pulled on my pup, our family and the company. Shall we begin?" He smirked with an evil glint in his eyes.
Mr. Seo's eyes widened and he swallowed.
Outside the door, only his screams could be heard for the next five minutes.

I'm doing ok. I'm not fully recovered yet. My shoulder still hurts when I try to lift or type. So, I have to take long breaks. I'm slowly getting there.
