Jimin stirred from sleep, feeling a warm breath fanning his neck. A pleasant scent of berries enveloped him. He smiled as the warm hand holding him tightened around his middle.

The alpha sighed in contentment. He hadn't been held in sleep in ages and almost forgot how it even felt. He slowly turned to lie on his back. Jungkook too moved. His dark mop of hair appeared in his line of vision and tickled his nose when the omega proceeded to nuzzle into his chest with a soft groan.

Jimin's smile widened. He grabbed the phone he left on the table to check the time. It was half past eight. Usually, Jimin was in office this time or during weekends he was up and about to get a head start with cleaning and everything else. However, being here with Jungkook was different on so many ways. It was relaxing and he wanted the moment to last longer.

He ran his hand on the omega's back, rubbing smooth circle as he lay there, relishing the warm embrace. He could get used to this. Hell, he was already addicted to the weight of an omega against him. And he could easily go back to sleep for another couple of hours.

Jimin wrapped both hands around the omega. Something strange bubbled in his chest. It border lined excitement and also possessiveness. This omega is mine to hold. And to cherish. He buried his nose into Jungkook's hair, inhaling deeper.

Jimin was amazed. Jungkook was ethereal and charming. The alpha found himself falling deeper and deeper as he got to know him. He closed his eyes to sink a bit more into sleep when the door opened and he heard the familiar pitter patter of footsteps that were lighter. Too light for ears if he wasn't used to it. Also, he was no normal wolf. His senses were heightened than regular ones.

"Papa." The hoarse voice woke him fully. "Potty."

"I'll go," Jungkook groaned.

"No. You sleep. I'll go." Jimin kissed his head, feeling the warmth bubbling in his chest again. He couldn't believe how easily Jungkook fit into his daily life already easing into the role of a second parent.

He left the bed to help his son. Though Minjun was fully capable of using the toilet, he expected Jimin to be around when he was home. The pup was a tad bit spoiled in that regard. He would grow out of it someday, but for now, Jimin would enjoy every moment of his childhood.

When he came back, Minjun was already crawling into the bed to curl beside the omega. Jungkook wrapped an arm around the little pup, pulling him closer and scenting him absentmindedly. The pup let out a soft purring sound that drew a smile from Jimin.

He was indeed lucky. This was how it should have been from the very beginning. His pup deserved all the love he received and the omega deserved more. He watched the two important people in his life for a moment longer before climbing behind Jungkook.

The omega exhaled, reaching a hand behind him to grab the alpha's arm and pull him closer. Jimin hugged them both, burying his face into the omega's nape. With a smile, he kissed his neck gently and felt the omega melt in his arms.

"Thank you," he whispered. "For coming into my life and for everything else."

Jungkook pulled his arm even tighter. "Your scent was a little distressed when I went to fetch water last night. Is everything alright?" he asked, his eyes were still closed. Minjun already asleep in his arms.

"I remembered a few things from the past. Seeing you and Minjun together like that was a bit overwhelming." Jimin hugged him tighter. "I wished you were his biological father instead."

Jungkook craned his neck to see the alpha. His doe eyes twinkled with lot of emotions behind them. "That's...that means a lot to my wolf," he whispered. "My omega has already claimed him as our pup and you as our alpha. It's quite scary how soon I'm taken with you."

"It's scary for me too," Jimin admitted. "But I'm happy and I wouldn't have it any other way."

Jungkook smiled, turning away to get comfortable one more time. "Me too."

"Is it too soon to say I love you? Or should I wait?" Jimin wondered.

Jungkook's scent bloomed, drowning their surroundings with his sweet, sugary scent. "Hmm...wait until we have some privacy maybe..." His back pressed into Jimin a little more as if he was trying to burrow inside him. "Maybe you can tell me...when it feels a bit more intimate?"

Jimin inhaled deeper, reading so much into those soft-spoken words. "I'll be looking forward to it," he replied.

A comfortable silence settled between them. Jimin slowly drifted into sleep, basking in his omega and the pup's combined scents, feeling like he was finally home.
