Two weeks were gone in a blur. Jimin's workload was increasing and he found running earlier to work than usual.

He woke up earlier to cook and drop a very sleepy Minmin with Hoseok before running off to work. He also came home very late. Usually, Minmin would grow restless during this time and fuss around. Sometime he would even cry and throw tantrums. However, this time Minjun was at his best behavior, smelling heavily of the sweet berry scent.

Jimin would be lying if he said he didn't take comfort in it. Jungkook was a pleasant surprise to his wolf who had no hope about their future. Wolves didn't easily accept another wolf's pup. Even when they did, there was always a wall between them. But seeing Jungkook and Minjun together had helped ease all his worries and concerns.

Jungkook was very understanding about his work and how demanding his job was. They barely spoke this week except for a few text exchanges here and there. Jimin made sure to pack lunch for Jungkook every day. A little something he could do for the omega to make up for the time he couldn't give him.

The weekend came sooner but Jimin had work. He could finally breathe when it was Sunday.

"Papa, can we go to the park again?" Minjun asked with a pout and Jimin felt bad.

He really wanted to but his body was sore with a headache threatening to takeover. Besides, he had to clean and do laundry. The alpha didn't even want to think about the nightmare that would happen if he put it off for another week.

"I miss Papa," Minjun continued. "Want Papa."

"I'm right here, baby." He scented the pup gently. "Can we stay here in today? Papa is really tired."

"But I wanna see Papa!" Minjun whined.

Jimin frowned. "Papa? You mean Jungkook?"

Minjun's face immediately brightened. "Papa. Papa. Papa."

Something warm spread across his chest. "I think it's better if you called him something else, pup." He kissed his cheek. "But we should ask him first if he was okay with this, don't you think?"

"I call him Papa all the time." The pup pouted. "He tells me I'm his favorite pup."

Jimin tried to hide the surprise in his face. "Still...we should ask, sweetheart. We shouldn't make him uncomfortable. How about Papa ask him that?"

Minjun frowned. "Okay. But I want him to be my Papa. Everyone has two Papas."

Jimin melted. "I'm sure he'd love that. But its manners, pup." He kissed Minjun's temple. He couldn't bring himself to tell the pup why he couldn't outright call someone that. What if Jungkook was uncomfortable but was too sweet to deny the pup? "You always ask for permission before doing something that might affect others," he said. He needed to talk to Jungkook. "Let me check if he's free today, hmm..."

The alpha missed Jungkook already. He didn't want to take up all his free time. But he really missed talking to him and a week felt too long. It would be nice to have him around. What if he could invite him over? Jungkook would surely understand, right? With him, he didn't have to pretend everything was okay.

He grabbed his phone to text him.

Update on AUS: 

I've got an urgent project to work on. So I hurried to update as much as possible last week. This week I don't know how it will be. I'll only show up if I need a breather after I start working on it.
