[Earlier]
Sohee woke disoriented around afternoon. She was still on the living room couch. Her neck and back protested when she moved. The omega let out a groan as she hopped off the couch. The TV played some random movie. She didn't even remember falling asleep.
The drinks were still on the table and snacks scattered on the floor. She huffed, striding to the bathroom to freshen up. Minhyuk wasn't home and there were no signs of him being home at all.
She scowled as she knew what it meant. Fuck this asshole. Not that she cared. She only needed him to transfer to the Jeon pack. Once the purpose was over, she could cut ties with him and move on to someone else.
She checked her phone; scowl growing deeper when she saw no texts from either of her friends. So fucking ridiculous. She didn't think twice before yelling in the group and venting out in her private account.
Locking her phone, she threw it on the couch before going to clean up. The maid stopped coming because her mom didn't pay her last month. After her grandmother's cards were revoked, they were pushed into a tight situation. She just didn't know how to come out of it.
Sohee felt like she was going crazy. She was so used to an active lifestyle, but now she was locked inside her apartment because none of her grandma's card worked. "Ugh! I hate you, Jungkook," she growled, cursing him as she cleaned the floor.
On the couch, the phone lit with notifications she didn't see. Unknown to her, her fate was being changed by some tech geek.
[A few hours later]
"Fuck, that sucks!" she groaned, dropping on her couch with the take out she ordered.
Her mom yelled at her and told her to start cooking. She was losing her shit and practically moved to live with her grandma so she could leech off Uncle Jeon. Sohee was in no mood to live. She ordered food using Minhyuk's card. Good thing the bastard still had a job.
Whatever they had to do, they should do immediately. There was no point in waiting. She grabbed her phone to call Minhyuk, who wasn't home yet. Her phone calls went unanswered as usual. So she went to her group chat to see if Yuna was back.
However, the corners of her mouth turned down to form a deep frown when she noticed, she was no longer the part of their group. "What the hell?"
She swiftly went through the messages, shock filling her system as she saw the messages.
"The fuck!"
"I didn't send that. What the hell happened?"
She immediately started texting Yuna.
