Jungkook ended the call and pocketed his phone. At least he managed to switch to a different one so people couldn't figure out it was him. He quickly strode to the car and jumped inside.

"What are you doing here?" he asked as soon as he was inside the car.

Jimin just grinned and handed him a bouquet of fresh flowers. Pink roses and carnations. "You looked so stunning I had to come in person."

Jungkook's cheeks heated up as he accepted the bouquet. "Gratitude and admiration?"

"I admire you," Jimin replied instantly. "And I'm grateful to have you in my life."

Jungkook couldn't help but lean to kiss his alpha. "And I you." He brushed their noses with a soft smile. "Aren't you worried people might see us together?"

Jimin scoffed. "I want the entire world to know you're mind." The alpha pulled him onto his lap and nuzzled into his neck. "Ah, I forgot you're on blockers." He dropped his head on Jungkook's shoulder. "Anyways, I was watching the live telecast and I knew I had to take this beautiful omega out for lunch."

"What about the meeting?"

Jimin winked. "What do you think your dear Papa is for? He didn't mind me ditching a boring meeting to take his son out."

Jungkook giggled. "Mhmm...Where are you taking me?"

"To your favorite restaurant. The one you were raving about since weekend."

"Ah..." Jungkook made a soft, approving noise in his throat. "You're the best alpha in the world."

"Only for you, honey bun."

When they shared another sweet kiss, Jungkook really felt like his heart was melting into goo.
