Amnesia

Amnesia Christine Granger was your typical everyday teenager. There was nothing special about her. She had straight dark brown hair that fell across her shoulders, a very normal mouth with a pair of dark brown eyes. She was neither thin nor fat and she felt that she herself was very plain.

The only thing odd about her was her name. Amnesia. Oh gosh. How she disliked it.

Her parents had named her Amnesia on a whim. Whenever she asked them about their decision, they'd just shrug their shoulders without answering.

And so she bared 14 years of being teased by her peers and classmates. Oh how they loved to tease her. Always "Amnesia! You forgot something didn't you?" Or " Blame Amnesia that you forgot."

It's not like Amnesia herself was forgetful. She actually had quite good memory. But people being people, they just loved to make fun of someone who stood out.

In fact. At times Amnesia wished that she could make herself forget. She wished that she could just wake up without the memories that brought her down. The memories that invaded her dreams and brought tears to her eyes whenever they resurfaced.

And now, more than ever, Amnesia wanted to forget. She wanted to throw away everything. She would do anything to forget. Anything.

And so on that fateful night, everything ended. Everything that Amnesia knew came to an end. Her life as plain old Amnesia Christine Granger ended there.

For the following morning when she woke up, her memory was gone. Her life story had became a blank piece of paper ready to be written on.
