Sanskar and Arjun hurried to the hospital and were shocked to find Ragini treating Swara.

"Oh no, Arjun stop her. She will kill Swara...I am sure", shouted Sanskar. While both Arjun and Sanskar tried hard to reach Ragini entering ICU, the nurses stopped them from going further but they couldn't push the men out either. 

"Ragini, please save her. Don't get our fights into all this. She is innocent and has got nothing to do with this. Please Ragini", pleaded Sanskar all the while looking at the ECG machine and Swara who was struggling to breathe. They both were staring at Swara and Ragini for more than 30 minutes with tears in their eyes praying for God for Swara's safety. Ragini's silence and Swara's uneven breathing worried Sanskar so much that he shouted, 

"Ragini, I am ready to marry you. I will do whatever you say. Please save Swara", hearing which Ragini smiled at Sanskar and continued with her treatment. After finishing her job, she said to the nurse,

"Her condition is stable. Keep monitoring her, she might gain consciousness in an hour. Inform her family", hearing which both Arjun and Sanskar heaved a sigh of relief and hugged each other. Giving one last glance at Swara, Sanskar joined Ragini who was waiting for him outside the ICU. Holding her hands, he thanked her.

"Thank you Ragini, thank you so much. You don't know how much this means to me", gulping the lump forming in his throat he continued "As I promised, I will not meet her again and will marry you".

"Then what about Swara Sanskar? she loves you and you love her", said Ragini not looking at him confusing Sanskar.

"But what about your love Ragini?", asked Sanskar.

"It died when she was ready to sacrifice her life for me...for a girl like me who threatened to kill her, she put her life at stake Sanskar. If it was not for her then I would have been in her place in the hospital bed", said Ragini with tears in her eyes.

Flashback:

When Ragini was leaving from there, after threatening Swara, she was walking in anger and hatred oblivious of her surroundings. Just then a truck was coming that way and the driver was honking continuously as the breaks got failed and he is losing control on the vehicle but Ragini who was not in her senses didn't hear and was pulled aside at the right moment by a person making her come out of the shock.

By the time she realized, Swara was down there in the pool of blood and people gathered around her. Without thinking anything, she called the ambulance and with the help of few people she got her to the nearby hospital and being a doctor she was treating Swara and just then Sanskar and Arjun reached there.

Flashback ends

"I couldn't have done that if I would have been in her place Sanskar. She has got a very big heart and this is the least I could do for her for giving me another life", said Ragini who was now completely broken.

Sanskar and Arjun were shocked by this new information and Sanskar immediately hugged Ragini. Though they both were angry with her, they couldn't imagine anything happening to her. She was the apple of their eyes and will always be no matter how stubborn she is. After an hour, Swara gained conscious and Sanskar went in to meet her. Looking at him Swara tried to get up but Sanskar stopped her.

"You need to rest. Now, I won't go anywhere leaving you. So, don't stress much", said Sanskar caressing her head sitting beside her on the bed.

"Sanskar...I...", she tried to say something but Sanskar silenced her keeping his finger on her lips.

"I know, and I love you too", hearing which Swara had tears in her eyes and Sanskar kissed on her forehead lovingly. Their beautiful moment was disturbed by Arjun and Ragini who couldn't control themselves to meet Swara.

"Sorry for disturbing you both...but we will leave soon", said Arjun coming in followed by Ragini who has regret written all over her face.

Arjun came towards Swara and said "Thank you so much Swara. I can't imagine my life if something would have happened to her. She is my only family", as Arjun was becoming emotional Sanskar interrupted.

"Then who am I?"

"You are a dumb ass who has taken ages to express your love...okay? Now stop interrupting and let me finish", said Arjun making everyone laugh.

"But seriously Swara Arjun is right, I just can't imagine my chirpy monkey to be on the hospital bed sleeping silently", said Sanskar while both he and Arjun had tears in their eyes.

"Swara, thank you would be an understatement because you not only saved my life but also made me understand the love and care of my brother and Sanskar towards me. Despite me being rude and arrogant towards them, they never left my side. And if it's not for you then I would never have acknowledged this. In return, all I can do is leave your Sanskar to you and trust me if I am saying that I am happy for you both", said Ragini and hugged Swara while Swara smiled and nodded.

"In all this, I forgot to tell Sanskar, If you have seen the photo of the girl which aunty has selected for you, then your wedding with your love would have been done long back", said Arjun confusing everyone in the room.

"You mean Swara was the bride", shouted Ragini in excitement while Swara and Sanskar looked at each other and all the four burst out into laughter.

"Will life ever be fair?", asked Swara with a smile on her face.

"No, because that is not its sole purpose. If there is no bad, then there would be no value for good. And life's duty is to give us all the knowledge through experience which it can't achieve being fair", replied Sanskar suddenly turning philosophical.

"Arjun did you understand anything?", asked Ragini hearing to Sanskar.

"He meant...", Arjun tried to explain but Ragini interrupted.

"No...it's okay I am fine not knowing it", said Ragini making everyone smile.

Soon Swara got discharged and Ragini and Arjun convinced Maheshwari's and Bose's for Swara and Sanskar's marriage and Sanskar got selected as a hero in the recent auditions for a movie in which Swara was singing two songs.

All in all, everyone is happy with their lives irrespective of Life being fair to them or not.
