When the sky was turning grey
By the flickers of light far away

Everything went in vain
In the already doomed lane
But then I heard someone saying
"Forever" again
And all I could assume was a pain

Although It seemed alive
For some reason
Which Made me want to swap
Every dying Season

Fall to spring, winter to summer
As if they were just mere numbers
Ready to be everything I want

And my soul that stopped
Drawing breath
Next to the roots flourishing
Underneath

You said you will decorate them
With the Leaves evergreen
Folding all the Secrets
in between

Till the petals are stained
With dew
Letting the morning rays
Reflect me and you

So was it love?
In the new buds
Grown after flood
Or the one that was in
My dried blood

But what if all this was a flame
To burn my ashes further
And then at the end
there will be no one To blame
Cause perhaps I felt the same

Even when I know
Then Why I want to stay
I asked myself walking
along the way

Through the path I never
Thought i would choose
But seeing my days changing
To hues
I could not make up an
Excuse

So I just let myself escape
From the dry fields
Into the new rainbows  above
To see if it was more
Than just love....
