Painted with the scars
Of her fierce battle

Her Bewildered words
Wrapped in a bubble
Teeming with all kinds of
Hustle and bustle

Forbidden windows enduring
Her worn out tears
Just like she made a
Room for fears

She is a little hesitant to
grasp the crown
Which is Enclosing countless
burdens Around

Want to wear it without
A frown
Coupled with a fake smile
Like clown

A big mirror in front of her
Showing the reflection of a queen
With pearls and beauty
Shining in between

Don't know if it's true
Or a mere dream
Looks like it is Based
on a delusional Theme

She sat on the edge
Looking at shooting stars
Knowing they are also broken
Like her heart was

She is not wishing for glass
Slippers or Prince Charming
anymore
Because she knows that
It isn't her need like before

Her forlorn soul wants
To feel the air
Rushing through the
Strands of hair

Want to run in the lush
Green fields Until she bleeds
Celebrating the festival of
Her being freed

Everything just seems like
An unfinished fairy tale
Expecting a perfect
Ending without hail

Some says perfect endings
Don't exist
But what if she persists
Till the disappearance
Of mist
Will she be able to get
Everything she missed?
