Chapter Seven~I Am A Jail-Cat

Bandit, Ash, and Stella led me and Pixels to where we were supposed to be trapped, so we can't think about leaving. Well, if we think about leaving, at least it will be in a cage. I don't see how that is helpful for them, that just adds to the fun of my escape!

We finally arrived at a rather big tree. I looked up, seeing no-sun, but for one moment, I imagined the sky being covered in clouds, and sunlight. The light shone down through the bright green leaves, blinding me for a moment, then I blinked, and it was all gone again. Just a Dark Forest. Then it all turned really dark, almost black. The grey-eyed Wildfire was back. "Hello, Sophia. Or as you insist to be called. Fancy seeing you here-" I was suddenly pushed into a hole, and when I looked up, Ash started to push a rather huge rock into the top part of the hole, just before they finished, they pushed the terrified Pixels into the pit with me.

Black branches swirled around us, the roots of the tree. I'm sure that the roots were brown, but it was so dark, the only light we had was, little holes between the roots, but since The Dark Forest was dark, it was barley anything.

I got up, and shook myself, dust flying everywhere, and there was a sneeze behind me, I turned around to see Pixels pushing as far as she could against the wall as she could, staring at me with cold, deathly eyes.

"Hey.." I said, remembering her telling me not to say her name. "I promise you, I'm not like that anymore. I have changed." She looked at me, quivering.

She opened her tiny, pink mouth, "You killed my family. When I was just a kitten. I was helpless, until I found this pack. They don't recognize me, you aren't the only one who changes their name. I realized how bad this pack really is. So I left, changed my name, was alone for awhile, then met... You. Again." But for some reason, to me it felt like she was lying about her name some how. As if she didn't change her name for the reasons she gave...

She had stopped quivering, and looked a bit more comfortable. At least she was giving me information.

"Pixels," She seemed fine that I was using her name now. But I didn't dare get closer than I where I already was. "You need to tell me more, what is their mission? And... I think I've just figured out the reason they brought you along. They recognize you, Pixels." I think that she deserved to know what was going on.

"T-t-they... They do?" She was shaking ever so slightly now, "I-I-I need to get out of-" She was hyperventilating. "And y-you, they want... Revenge." Revenge? For wha-Oh my....

"Oh my whiskers... They want to..." I couldn't say it. Pixels-however-did, "K-k-k-kill y-you."
