After many hours of the beach, they start to relax when suddenly Cell appears out of nowhere to try and ruin their fun. Everyone gets ready to fight while Videl gets the residents to safety from the fight. It seems Cell got even more powerful after being revived so they stand a bit of a chance to defeat him.

Teen Gohans: Cell?!

Wildfire: What are you doing here?!

Artic Chan: More importantly how are you still alive?! We all thought you were dead!

Cell: Oh nothing I just came for some payback

Samantha: Well you're gonna get payback alright!
