Chapter 6: Too Much Arguing

Back to the Wild Rangers, they had got out of the portal and arrived at the warehouse that the commander spoke of.

It was this large, gray warehouse and it seemed abandon. "You know. If you think about it, this place makes a good hideout. It's far from where the humans live and it's pretty quiet" Honey pointed out, crossing her arms as the rangers approached the place.

"Still. Why would the Shadow Rangers come here? Especially Venoma. She hates the humans" Lapara asked as Horus looked up to the roof. Tyge joined the snow leopard's side with his arms crossed.

"You know, I heard from the commander that when Venoma was part of the Wild Rangers, she took alot of missions near the humans" he added, talking about before the cobra betrayed the Wild Rangers.

"Perhaps she's trying to expand the Shadow Rangers' bases and headquarters here in the humans' locations to be more closer to them" Horus suggested as his helmet went back on and he spread his wings apart.

The falcon ranger flapped his wings and flew up in the air and quietly landed on the roof the warehouse. From inside his helmet, it scanned for any individuals inside the building. Horus wanted to know how many enemies they might be fighting so they could form a plan.

The scanner identified that only four individuals were present inside. He could see Venoma, Jag, Raksha, Storm...wait. One's missing. Horus realized that Shanjiâ, the Pangolin Shadow Ranger, wasn't with them.

A suspicious feeling arose in the falcon. One wouldn't really care if one your enemies doesn't show up. While Shanjiâ was definitely one of the stronger Shadow Rangers in physical strength, he wasn't the most serious nor the most mature.

"Hmm" he hummed suspicious as he took a step backwards to the edge of the roof. His teammates noticed him and all three took a step back to make space for him. "Great. Here's another one of hotshot's epic landings" Tyge commented sarcastically with his arms crossed as Lapara and Honey glanced at him.

Horus jumps off the roof, making a back flip down below and he landed on his feet behind his teammates. "Show off" Tyge mumble annoyed. He never liked how his falcon teammate showed off his skills everytime. It bugged him.

Horus's helmet deactivated, revealing his face as he stood up, staring at his teammates. " I did a thorough scan inside, and detected Venoma, Jag, Raksha and Storm. Shanjiâ, however, is not present" he informed them, the last part hinted concern.

The white tiger shrugged it off "Ok so one's missing among them. At least I don't have to hear him talk all confident like. Ok. Let's get in" he commented as he turned around, ready to fight the Shadow Rangers and get them out of their home.

Horus, however was getting increasingly irritated by Tyge. "Aren't you at least concerned or suspicious of why Shanjiâ isn't around?" He asked him annoyed. The white tiger turned around once more to face him, huffing also annoyed.

"And I should care because..." he asked the falcon irritated. Lapara face palm while Honey shook her head. "Boys" they both mumbled annoyed.

"Guys come on. Be nice" Honey told them firmly. "You should care because it seems strange for one Shadow Ranger to be missing" Horus explained, glaring at the white tiger. He felt that his leader was careless, always never thinking.

Tyge groaned annoyed "You need to relax your feathers for once. Just because Shanjiâ is not with them doesn't mean there should be any concern. Maybe he's no longer on the team. That does help us you know" Tyge explained to him as he walked up to him, glaring back at the falcon.

"Stop them?" Honey asked Lapara, turning to her. "Yep" Lapara said sternly as the snow leopard walked up to the two boys.

"Ok that's enough" Lapra said as she pushed the two boys back, away from eachother. She put her hands on her hips, glaring at them.

"Knock it off both of you. You two are teammates..." she said, turning to Horus with a fierce glare which startled the falcon. "...which means you're also friends" she turned to Tyge who also got startled. When the two fight, she has to break them up. Honestly, it bugs hers.

"Yeah guys. Come on. Hug it out" Honey said confident and she pulled Horus, and Tyge in a tight bear hug, the two boys struggled to get out of her strong arms. "Ok Honey. We hugged it out. Now please let go" Tyge said, trying to pry her arm off him. Lapara sighed at the three, face palming.

"Come on" she told them as Honey finally let go of them, the two boys took the chance to breath, their bodies aching from their bear friend's strong hug. They loved Honey but they wish that she would tone down her own strength.

BAM! Honey opened the door with her gauntlets, the rangers had their weapons out and ready. The Shadow Rangers and Venoma stood all the way in the back of the warehouse.

The cobra ranger smirked at them evilly. Unaware to the Wild Rangers, they were actually completing part of her plan. "Now to keep them busy. Shadow Rangers! Attack!" She ordered her allies and the Shadow Rangera charged at their enemies.

"Let's go Wild Rangers!" Tyge told them and they charged at their enemies, starting the fight.
