I've been massively into making overlays lately. 

I am going to have to cut back on making art soon, and maybe only do one Ancilla promo tile and one art tile per day. I have books to read as contest payments, books to judge for contests, and Soror Mystica to detail and rough out. I can't spend several hours a day puttering on Canva and Instagram the way I have been these past couple of months.

Have I cut back like I intended? No. No, I have not. Unless by "cutting back" one refers to sleep I'm not getting.

I like the way the books layered over the cemetery seem to suggest tree rings in this one.

More white roses, roses being the symbol of purity, eternity, and submission.

I did my best to suggest wind and motion with this one, to reflect "Magister's" Air affinity. If you don't think of Air as being conducive to passion, think again. Think of a wild night. Wind and storms...

I hope what I did with the overlay of birch branches on "ancilla's" back was not subtle.

Here are some dark roses. Dark red bordering on purple, for passion and pain.

I did my best to hint at both Fire and Air with this one. Warm colors for Fire, clouds for Air.
