The thing that is bad about having different breeds of cat in your DNA is that if they go through too much blood-lust, fighting, or killing. My cat side gets uncontrollable, and longs for more to kill, I was lucky because I barely got myself together to walk out of there. Otherwise I would've tried to climb the walls and kill everyone in the place before being quenched. I lay on the floor of my room for about ten minutes before a beep sounded on the intercom. I sat up. 

Why would I have to go to the lab, I thought that they were done with testing I thought getting up and waiting for the door to open, and as if it heard me it slid open and a loud clang was heard on the top as the top hit something making it stop. I stepped through and then stopped, if I could barely control my killing outbursts, then it would be close to impossible to control it if I got anymore injected into me. I felt something in my heart that I haven't felt in a long time, and I slowly went forward. Feeling Fear going throughout my body. I took my fifth step and got myself together, and I thought that I may as well get this over with so that I can get out of this place sooner. 

I walked quickly quenching the fear in my body and when I turned the corner I saw that the lights of the lab was on and there was a table standing up on a tilt, and I wondered what that was. I stepped up to the bar and it opened to let me in, and then they directed me to stand onto the table and when I did after making them a little impatient on purpose. They strapped my legs, arms, body, and head to the table and one of the lady's with a white lab-coat came up to me and she held five syringes with red liquid in them. 

"We are going to be doing five injections, and then you are done coming in here, and you will stay in your room for the rest of the time until the emperor comes to get you" she said and I looked at her puzzled "we are not going to wipe your memory or try to do anything else but these injections because he told us not to...basically. He wanted you to have your memories, humanity, and everything else, even though wiping your memory and then rebuilding you back up in his own way would be much better than this" and then they put a needle with a piece of tape attacked to it into my skin and an insertion point sticking out of it, and I noticed that they had the thing a little looser than it was before, but I wouldn't be able to get to the exit because of the stupid lock-down procedure. 

Then she showed a tray with five syringes on it, and she pointed to the first one. 

"This is a White Tiger's DNA, this is a Snow Leopard's DNA, this is two Oncilla DNA's mixed into this one syringe, this is a Margay's DNA, and this one's a Fishing Cat's DNA" she said "I don't now why they are all white, but we weren't the ones that came up with the idea, oh wait there's a sixth she said and a lady came up with a dark-light red syringe, it was lighter and darker in some spots like someone put it in a blender for half a cycle "this one actually got us rather excited because this is a recreated saber-tooth tiger's DNA, and this is the last one to be inserted into you" 

"How do you know that it is a saber-tooth tigers, and why are you guys being...different" I decided which word to use. 

"Again we are being nicer because if we didn't the emperor would have our heads, and we know because this one is engineered specifically by us, and you will get this one in your system last because it has more...cat like features that the emperor will like" the woman said as she smiled sadistically. Then she inserted all of the needles and I could feel the new blood mixing in my body, and then she got to the third one and it started to become a raging fire in my veins. I screamed and strained at the bonds, but they just tightened them around my body and made it impossible to move as they injected the fourth one. I cried out in pain and agony as the raging fire turned into a tornado of lava burning in my very soul. 

"Please-please stop I can't-can't last" I barely managed before the fifth one went in and I blacked out. 

I was being chased, chased by all of the cats that were now a part of me, and every time one jumped onto me it seemed to absorb into my body and give me a burning pain through out my body. I looked back and saw another white cat jump at me I swung at it trying to knock it away, but my hand just went right through it and I was knocked to the floor as it became a part of me, then another that looked like a panther but with a white and black speckled coat, and my body burned more, then the third, fourth, fifth until I lay on the ground unable to move because of the pain that my body gave me. I looked at the final and sixth one, it had claws at least five-six inches long, and its fangs extended to well below the chin. It was a mixture of white, black, and yellow-red stripes in some places. It lay next to me looking in my eyes and I saw my own in it's, and then it's paw touched my chest and it was absorbed into me. It's eyes seemed to say 'keep me alive in you, and I shall help the pain'. Then my world went black...again. 

I woke up with a start and screaming, and then I screamed again as I felt a slight pain in my leg. I looked down and saw four three inch long gashes in my legs just before they scabbed over and disappeared as quickly as they appeared. I looked at my hands and stopped almost falling off of my bed and onto the floor. I had paw-like hands that were white with black spots dotting them, and I looked at the top and saw something pointy sticking at least an inch from the top. It felt weird having equal length fingers, but I could still grab things and I could scratch things too. I spread my fingers apart like a cats and my claws stretched to their full length. I breathed in from shock and I saw that they were at least four-six feet long and they gleamed like polished obsidian the light of my room. I dug them into the wall and dragged, and I saw that they left a straight line in the metal that was at least two inches deep. I jumped out of bed and examined the rest of my body. I was still the same except my legs had a section covering the entirety of the calf going to the heel and the underside of my knee. I quickly went over to the mirror in the bathroom, and just to say that was the only decent thing that I had in this room. Even the water was cold, and I hated the bed and the blankets, so I sometimes slept on the floor. Then they noticed, and changed the blankets thinking that it would be better for me, but I still hated it. Though I slept on the blasted thing even if it was uncomfortable. 

As I looked at my new features in the mirror I noticed that my eyes had changed to a darker and more cat-like shape and I guessed that I could see much better in the dark, I looked at the digital clock in the far corner of the room and noticed that my vision had sharpened and I could see the individual pixels in the block, but otherwise it was Three in the morning and I was a little shocked because usually my room was pitch dark even when I didn't have these new senses, and now it looked like it was being lit by the sun. I could see everything clear as day, and I was confused why I could make out colors in the dark too, but then I found it cool and did a couple of exercises that I usually do in the mornings. After three minutes of stretching and training like I used to without claws and scratching myself many times in very painful ways. I decided that I would have to do some different stretches and other things. I decided that I might as well stretch like a cat, so I got on the floor and stretched like a cat, and for a minute I felt weird but then I felt a couple of cracks and my body relaxed. I decided that I would stretch like that from now on. 

I did a couple of exercises with a dummy, and I punched it in the chest and I noticed that even though my hands had changed I could still punch, but sadly for the dummy there were four holes in the chest that would've been bleeding if it were an actual person. I did a back kick and the dummy snapped off of its post and went to the back of the room, and when I went over to it I saw that there were four long gashes in the spot where I kicked it and there was a large dent in the chest that would've snapped the person's ribs and killed them by puncturing the heart or the lungs. I scrunched up my face because I felt no madder what I did now I could possibly kill someone or something accidentally even if it was a playful action, or a small fight. I went away from the dummy and decided that I could test my speed this time. I punched, ducked, weaved, and kicked lightly like I was in an actual fight and I noticed that I was at least three hundred percent faster and stronger than I was before this new change. 

I went to the back wall and wondered if there was freedom on the other side, and if I could escape this place. I quickly made work at the metal wall and I noticed that my claws stayed sharp even if they were being worked at from the metal. I put my hand in and against the large hole that I made in the wall and it felt a little warmer than it had been before. I worked harder and I could finally stick my arm through the hole in the five foot thick wall. I felt water and the condensation and wind of the outside world, so I pulled back my hand and then spent the next hour making a hole that I could fit through. Then I quietly peeked through, and I saw that there was only three guards, but they were sleeping on a table face down. I thought who sleeps on a table face down as I slowly stepped out, and then I smelled blood and a lot of it too. I slowly went over to one of the guards and I saw that they had long gashed in their chests from what looked like claws. I backed away and sprinted across the field enjoying the feeling of actual, real grass under my paws. I ran on all fours to go faster and I could feel my claws digging into the terrain as I tore my way across the long field. I was happy, but at the same time saddened that they had never let me out of that dark windowless, sunlight-less room to let me cool down and run around out here. I saw a large fence and then a red beam came right next to me, and I quickly changed course and jumped behind a nearby table looking through the small cracks in it to see where the laser came from. Then I saw a figure in the distance near my door, and I noticed that it was the guard that I saw on the left of the emperor. I watched him look around in the dark, and I saw that his rifle was down and had a light attacked to it, but why wasn't he using it. Then I saw that he didn't have his armor on, and I sprung into action. While his back was turned I made two X-like cuts in the chain-link fence making it rattle a little louder than what it would if the wind was going against it. I heard the man growl and I thought that it was weird for a human to growl and I quickly ran around him and then when I was behind him I was just about to spring onto him when he suddenly turned around quickly making me have to get out of his vision. 

I ran around him again and then I didn't wait to spring, I just rammed into him and sent him to the ground and then I jumped onto him and took the rifle from his neck and threw it to the side where I could see it and then I flipped him around and pinned his hands behind his back while sitting on his legs and bending his body upwards into a painful position. 

"Who are you and why are you trying to come after me soldier" I spat the last word in hate and viciousness.
