I woke up in my cell for the second time this week, yeah second. They brought me here three years ago and I have been here being tested on and used as an experiment. No one else was here because they didn't want to contaminate the experiment. Yeah right I chuckled a little, and then looked at the empty dark hallway through the sole window at the front of the door. I looked down and saw that they had dressed me in a regular t-shirt and jeans. Who would dress a girl of fifteen...maybe sixteen. I couldn't remember anymore. I had been in here too long. Then the door opened and I fell through with a short scream before my cat instincts took over and made me put out my hands and I landed softly with my tail swishing behind me. 

"Good job number 1" a familiar voice on the intercom said to me, and I looked at the camera and could fee, his gaze. They called me number one because I was the only one they were experimenting on and I guess that they felt that if they called me a number it would make me seem less human "now go to the training room for testing" I sighed and started walking. I mean I didn't have a choice, if I resisted they would just stick me in there until I was too beat up where they had to pull me out, so I fought. I didn't fight for them I fought for freedom, after all it was the only thing keeping me alive, and hopeful in this hellhole. The training room had savage elements, savage other mutants that they took from the wild and other things that could kill you as part of a test, and the day I complete their stupid training is the day they probably wipe my memory and use me as a weapon. 

I saw the doors and saw a lady in white standing there with a needle, another thing that I hated here. They were always sticking needles and probe things in and under my skin, one time they actually tried to impregnate me for testing purposes but I fought and made it impossible for them to do so, and nine people died because of it. I stood not sleeping for weeks to make sure that they wouldn't do something stupid while I was sleeping and when I finally slept I kept my senses aware of my surroundings and have been like that from the day that I got here. 

"Now what" I said and stood next to her as she inserted the new substance

"You don't need to know, lab rat" she said and I snarled a little "see all you are is a monster to me like all of those other things out there, and I know that you are holding back in your training why" 

"Who said that I was even trying" I said knowing that she knew and telling her the half truth so that she would get a little frightened. 

"I knew it, and you're going to get it this time" she said as she stood up and my hands balled up into fists, and she looked at them "oh don't you dare, unless you want to be shot before your trials" and she walked past me with a smirk on her face, and her hands on her gun. I watched her in hate before slowly going forwards in to the metal door in-front of me, but I didn't take my eyes off of her in case she tried to do something stupid and shoot me in the leg of back from behind. I turned around and she looked back at me with that smirk still on her face, and then she yelled something just as the door started to close. 

"The emperor is here to see your performance, so I suggest you--" the rest was cut off by the door, but I knew what she was trying to say. If the emperor was here then I would have to try today, or  would be killed in the arena or by them if they decided to take me out, or execute me out of weakness. I watched her turn the corner before going towards the open hangar door leading to the hellhole that I had to go through today. I saw that it was a forest, my habitat, even though I was used to all types of weather thanks to the stupid system. I climbed a tree and saw that there was a man in white, red, and black royal robes with several guards by his side, and I knew that it was the emperor, but what caught my eyes was the fact that one of the guards on the emperor's left was staring at me, as me at him, and then his attention snapped away as the emperor turned to him. I guessed that this was the head captain of the emperor's personal guard, and I noticed that the guard on the right smirk to what the emperor said and then the area went dark and I was left in the dark arena with only my skills, instincts, and a little hope keeping me alive. 

I jumped down from the tree and went to find something that I could use as a weapon. I ran to the nearest places and found out that they were either making me rely on my unnatural body and what it can do, or they wanted me to make my own weapons. I ran to the single rock and saw that there was a little note burned into it. 

No human weapons I cursed and looked at my hands. They didn't have claws on them, only my feet had claws, I looked down at my feet sinking into the terrain, and guessed that I would have to use my fighting skills. Like the forest heard me something slammed into me making me shoot to the side and fall to the floor with an oomph. Then something held down my arms and I looked up and saw a man with grey furred arms, a silver furred chest, and a slightly elongated face with a short muzzle with wolf teeth, and I could smell the wolf all over him. What got me was his eyes, just black voids of never-ending darkness. 

"Hello sweetie" it said and I knew that this was going to be a hard battle.
