Preheating The Wii

Sam is dragged by the ankle to the execution. She tries to slow herself down by clawing at the floor, but her fingernails  break off. She screams in pain as blood pours from her fingertips, and she is violently thrown into a white room, very similar to the Mii Channel. Her head bashes against the wall, making her extremely dizzy and disoriented. The room heats up, which only makes Sam even more light-headed. She clumsily walks around, trips over her own feet and falls directly into a burst of fire that shot out from the ground. The rest of the room is quickly captured in flames, and burns Sam alive.

A Ghostly Doom (this one is similar to a s*tanic ritual, so skip if you don't like that sort of thing)

Seinaru is tied down to a table. The area is lit with a flickering lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. Everywhere else is pitch black darkness. She looks scared but defiant as hooded Monokumas surround the table, raising their arms and lighting candles. They chant together, and a shadow-like figure appears above Seinaru, shocking her. She begins to yell lines from the Bible, which does nothing to stop the ghost from possessing Seinaru's body. She is released from her restraints, and is given a knife by one of the Monokumas. The ghost forces her to stab herself with it, over and over, until Seinaru collapses, dead.

Checkmate

Cooper is standing on a giant chess board, with oversized chess pieces surrounding him. He begins to play, directing himself and others. Eventually, he is trapped by two enemy pieces. No matter what he did with his turn, he would be killed. Cooper is forced to make a move, and then crushed to death by the opposing chess piece.

Bang Bang, Backfired!

Henry is met with a laptop on a table, with complicated coding on the screen. He finds that it's the script to his own execution, and begins to sabotage it. However, the more he changed the code so he'll live, the more code is added so his death will be even more gruesome. He yells out, frustrated that he can't alter the execution, and throws the laptop on the ground. Electricity shoots out from it, shocking and killing Henry.

Crushing Defeat! (This one is my favorite-)

Rezel sees a child in a burning shack, sobbing into its hands and Monokuma with knives running towards it. She runs forward, shoving aside the robotic bears and dodging the flames. Right before she reaches the child, a Monokuma suddenly zooms forwards and stabs it in the chest. Rezel freezes in shock, and a giant burning plank of wood falls on her head. 

Swallowing Shadows

Kurai is in a pitch black room with absolutely no light. They begin to panic as invisible figures begin attacking them. They try fighting back, but it's impossible since they couldn't see. They are slowly beat to death by the invisible attackers.
