Sonakshi cursed dev in her thoughts and gave him a death glare luckily the guy didn't notice while Asha was nonstop blabbering at her and she was just listening to her talks. Listening was the act of show was entered through the left year and exit through the right.

Sonakshi was feeling embarrassed now. why was she shouting so much and why the hell in front of this mr.richie rich and he was busy in looking at her shouting as if a new movie released today oh!!!! I remember from the new movie. I want to see Shraddha Kapoor starrer haseena Parker. Her makeup and look were so iconic in that movie.

Asha looked at dev who was smiling at Sonakshi's antics. she cleared her throat which grabbed his attention he smiled looking at her while Asha passed a knowing smile at him.

"Don't worry I will tell her to get ready on time. Don't worry when I am her son"

"I know aunty but you didn't tell her that she has to go with me. I guess we must inform her about this "

"Dev, she is my daughter I know her so well. My daughter loves surprises. And she will be so happy when she will come to know that you are taking her to a party. So don't worry she will go with you. This is your first step towards your relationship. "

Asha said to which he nodded and after some time left the house.

Asha POV

Sonakshi dev is a good boy. You deserve him. I know you will never accept him but I will try my best to make you ready for him I am your mom. I will not do anything bad to you. I know you are forced to marry him. but for a good thing. I know of if I would have told you that you have to go with dev then you would have given me a reason and declined this offer but I know how to be a mom. I really like dev when he came today and talked to me about taking you to party. he needed my permission and that's like a gentleman. he wants you to feel comfortable that's why he never told me to wake you up. He respects your reason and you. I will try my best to fix things between you both.

Sonakshi wore her new dress. She was so happy after so much drama, happiness was at her door she thought that her dad has been taking her to some party. She never liked parties but the presence of people, good food amazed her.

Soon Asha called Sonakshi. she immediately ran down to collect her lollipop.

But her smile faded away as soon as she saw dev standing all dressed up in black jeans, a red t-shirt and bouquet. what the hell was he doing here?
several thoughts ran in her mind. she got suspicious of her surroundings and adjusted her dress. This was all planned. She was being played.
