Sonakshi wore a beautiful floral tiered tube top with ruffle waist short and tied her hair in a high ponytail. Dev told her to wear something casual and comfortable. He was taking her on a date.
Well, Mr Husband finally doing something. She puckered her lips in the mirror and ran out as dev was yelling her name since past half an hour.

"I am ready " she raised her hands in the air and blew a kiss of satisfaction looking at dev who looked at her with desire in his eyes. Sonakshi knew that she ignites a fire inside dev. That's all she wanted to do after all.

"How do I look? " she blushed and looked at him sweetly.

"I don't have words "

"Well, you are illiterate I know. Now please take me to the destination. I am so excited. "
She jumped and hooked his arm in hers. He chuckled and led her to the car. His finger ran smoothly on her legs as he tried to buckle her seatbelt. She slapped his fingers away and glared at him.

"Be in your limits mister husband "

"Wow limit for me and what about you who kissed me in the church "

Sonakshi smiled and looked away how she kisses him without hesitation.

"Oh my God! This is so beautiful. You really spent a lot of brain and money on this "

Sonakshi ran towards the beach shore and started jumping like a little girl who got a lollipop. She kicked and fell in love with the water. An amused expression made its way on dev's face as he watched his wife so happy.

She closed her eyes and spread her hands in the air all ready to fall down in the water when he catches her.

"Dev " she pushed him and he stumbled back in the water. His white shirt was all drenched in water and sand stocked on some of his body parts.

"I saved you from falling and you pushed me down. "

"I was falling intentionally. Lakshaya taught me this. We used to hang out a lot in New York. I will teach you wait "

She helped him to stand straight facing the moon.

"Now close your eyes and throw your hands carelessly in the air. Allow the ocean breeze hug your every part. The feeling is serene. Allow the gravity to pull you towards itself. The water won't let you happen anything. "

She smiled and explained to him as if he was a little baby.

Dev and Sonakshi fell into the water with a thud and looked at each other. She giggled and splashed the water at him.

"Sonakshi "  he pouted and rolled over her. Her giggles filled the serene of the water and happiness lingered everywhere.

He cupped her face while tracing her nose which had sand on its tip. Rubbing her nose with his he adjoined their hands and then rolled into the water taking many laps making her forget how to breathe.

He stopped in middle and claimed her lips, one hand resting on the back of her head other on her waist. They rolled in the sand again.

Breaking the kiss, she looked all red and happy.
" We took a sand bath. " he laughed.

"My whole dress and hairs are spoilt," she said standing up and dusting her dress.

"But you know what I don't care because I am so happy today and I fear what if someone snatches this away from me. So it's better to live this moment. "

She ran into the water and danced taking the bliss into her body. 

"Sonakshi you must be a hungry baby! Let's go. "

She bobbed her head in denial and rolled her eyes cutely at him while he chuckled.  Opening his arms he ushered her to come to him.

She smiled and ran towards him directly jumping on his arms. He twirled her while she laughed heartedly.

"The breeze looks like my friend, the water treats me like my father and

your arms they provide me warmth in this selfish world. I am lucky to have your dev "

"Copy-paste "

"Lazy man " she slapped his arm and soon their lips connected again. 

"Now let's eat something, you will be hungry right," he said caressing her bell.

She smiled cutely and dodged her head up and down. Kissing her forehead he told her to stand there until he calls her.

Sonakshi wrapped her arms around herself and smiled looking at the reflection of the moon. She was happy. Marrying dev was the best decision of her life.  Looking at the stars she thanked her grandmother for sending dev in her life.

She smiled and turned to face the person who's the presence allured her.

"Let's -"

"Sonakshi "  her heart raced as she stared at the person standing in front of her in shock.

"Manik "  he looked surprised and happy. Why did he look surprised? And happy and what was he doing here?

"Sonakshi thank God you are here. I never thought I will find you here. " he touched her arm to which she slapped his hand away.

Disgusting man's disgusting touch. She hates him .the the only man who has the right to touch her is her husband. Her dev. She turned and started to walk away.

When Manik ran and stood in front of him.  He looked tensed and panic.

"Don't run Sonakshi. I am here to help you. Your life is in danger. The one who looks like a culprit is not the culprit the one who you trust a lot and seems like the most innocent one is the culprit. Beware of the danger Sonakshi. You are on the web. "

"What are you talking about? Stop your activity and let me go "  he held her hand trying to stop her and tell her about the evil happening when he was suddenly pulled back with a lot of force.

A punch landed straight on his face and he stumbled back.

"How dare you? How dare you touch my wife! " dev punched him again and again.

Manik's nose began to bleed. He was trying to run away from dev. Kicking and throwing their arms and legs at each other they fought senselessly.

"Dev stop - please leave him " Sonakshi cried looking at her husband beating the shit out of her ex-boyfriend. The memories came back and she didn't want dev to get into it.

She tried to pull dev away. But he was so adamant to beat Manik.

"Manik, dev please stop " she cried.

"No Sonakshi! This man needs treatment. How dare he touch what's mine "

"Mine! What is he talking about Sonakshi " Manik looked at her with furrowed eyebrows, wiping the blood from his hand? Sonakshi looked at him in horror. Her face was all bruised. dev pulled Sonakshi in his embrace while she looked at manikin horror.

"Sonakshi are you fine? "

"He is my husband " she answered Manik.

"Husband. He is the one who wants to kill me. "

"Shut up "

"Dev what is he saying " she wanted answers. She was so clueless about this whole situation.

"Nothing Sonakshi let's go back. "

"No Sonakshi doesn't. You are in danger. It's not safe for you to come with me "

"Danger .you are the danger. "

Soon the man was arrested by the cops who were called by dev. Dev was informed by Thomas, the private investigator that Manik was traced near the beach but he never expected that man having a talk with his wife. 

"Take him. I will deal with him in India. Prakash Goenka will help you " dev said curtly and the cops nodded at him.

"What is going on dev "

Sonakshi moved the morsel away from her mouth which dev was bring towards her mouth. They were back in the suite. Dev was acting as if nothing happened.

"Stop acting dev.what is going on? I never thought that you will hide something from me. "
She threw the pillow away and tears sprinkled from her eyes. Keeping the plate aside dev cupped her face in his hands and tried to hug her when she jerked him away.

"I want answers dev "

"Sonakshi it's nothing. He is a bad man. I will handle him. "

"He is a part of my life.  I have the right to know what is going on. What about dad? And who is Thomas? "

"Sonakshi try to understand love. I can't tell you. Please eat something "

"Why can't you tell me? We are married. Couples share everything. He is my ex but he is not involved in my life now. I don't want to eat. I won't eat until you tell me what is happening "

" Sonakshi I can't tell you. Stop being stubborn and behave please "

"Behave my foot. Don't get on my bad side dev. I don't handle betrayals. I am warning you to tell me before it's too late. "

"You will be hurt. I am trying to save you. Just listen to me once. "

"I won't. You said get married. I married you. You said I don't trust you. I trusted you. I married you. I allowed you to touch me. I told you about my past. But you.  You are playing with me. You are hiding things from me. "

"Don't stretch this matter Sonakshi " he warned.

"Don't stretch. Tell me the truth dev. "
She demanded.

"Sonakshi stop being complicated "

"You. The one who is hiding things is telling me to stop being complicated. I want to go back. I want to go back to India. I will ask my father. Because it seems he is the one who fed you something "

"Sonakshi, listen we will go back. Ok. I promise. I promise I will tell you. But for now please eat something and sleep. I will take you shopping tomorrow and then we will visit a few places. "  he said softly.

She laughed humorously.

"I don't trust you.  I want to go back. Take me back before I lost my mind. "

Dev took a long breathe in order to silent his anger.

"Are you trying to control? Oh, don't please I want to hear everything. Common spit it out "

"Stop it Sonakshi. Enough is enough. I care and respect you a lot. I am doing this all for you. You are trusting that man right. Trust him because one thing is right. You are indeed in danger and I am trying to save you "

He busted before leaving the room. He didn't want her to face his anger.

Manik is back.

What the hell is happening?
