Sonakshi controlled her anger and paced left and right steaming in anger. Dev pouted at her while she threw a pillow at him.

"Don't give me those expressions. I hate you. This is our honeymoon. Honeymoon where you must treat your honey like a moon not leaving her to become an omelette. "

"Sonakshi the whole sentence was baseless "

She inhaled highly and looked at him with the predator's eyes. He shut his mouth and looked everywhere except her.

"I take that.  It was harsh but I take that. But baby it's important. That client is very important and it's a matter of two hours. Jus two hours. Why don't you visit the SPA section of the suite? Trust me they are the best. "

He buttered her.

She faked a cry and sat on the bed.

He too sat beside her with a sulky face. Sonakshi glanced at him from the corner of her eyes and huffed in dismay.

She narrowed her eyes and yelled at him before stomping her foot to the swimming pool area.

Dev entered his penthouse after meeting the private investigator. He looked everywhere for Sonakshi. But she was nowhere to find. Where did this girl go?

Exiting the penthouse he enquired about his wife to one of the guards.

"Did you see any woman going out of this suite? "

"She went towards the SPA area sir " he bowed.

He sighed in satisfaction. It was him who suggested to her to visit that place. Dev, you are going insane. Get a grip. Walking towards the SPA area he smiled dreaming about the date he planned with her which will take place tonight. It will erase her anger and she will bless him with her soft kisses.

The first time he saw her, he knew she was something. Something precious to have and difficult to handle. How he misunderstood her as a typical shy girl and now look at her. She screams, love and demands everything. She literally has him on his knees.

"I want to meet Mrs.sonakshi dev dixit. Please call her and inform her that her husband is here. "

One of the staff members nodded at me and moved inside the glass doors. I was busy checking my cell phone. When she returned with a frown.

"Sir, Mrs.dixit left the area "

"What " he panicked.

"One hour before "

"But why? She is not at home. She is not answering my calls and you are telling me she left. The spa session was of three hours right and half an hour is still pending then where is she? "

She looked down and shivered in fear as she shouted at her.

"Sir is there any problem " a man in a three-piece suit came rushing towards him. Looking at his appearance he got an idea that he was the manager.

"My wife, I booked an appointment for her. But this girl is telling me that she went to the middle of the session. My wife is missing. "

"I am sorry sir. But how can we stop our customers from leaving? It's their right. But I will look into this matter. "

"Look into this matter. I am warning you I want the report in five minutes or else is ready to shut this place. "

Fear was evident in the manager's eyes as dev shouted at him. How arrogantly, he warned everyone.

"Sir- " an old lady grabbed his attention who stood fearless in her spot.

"I guess she went to church. I was the one who was attending her, she was an Indian right. She was wearing a few red bangles and red powder in her hair partition. I was treating her when she asked me about the church. The ringing of the belle grabbed her attention "

"Church. Are you sure? "

"That's all I know sir. "

"Thank you. "

he nodded curtly making his exit from there.

The guard whom he asked about Sonakshi stopped him and signalled at the car waiting for him. He sat inside the car and ordered the driver to take him to the nearest church.

He was all worried about her. This place was new.  Why is she so careless and stubborn? He silently prayed to God for her. Entering the church, his eyes roamed in every direction when the guard spoke.

"Sir there " he pointed at her. There she was wearing a pink umbrella frock which ended at her thigh stood looking at a man who was lighting the candle.

"Where can I get a candle and flowers? " he asked the guard.

"Right side of the church. I will bring it, sir. "

"No! I will buy it. Just stand here and keep an eye at her. "  he nodded and stood straight looking at Sonakshi.

Dev bought a bunch of red roses and three candles. Moving inside he looked at the guard who had his eyed glued to Sonakshi who was sitting in the first row. Looking all lost and silent.

"Here, this candle is for you. I am sorry for shouting at you. I was a little worried about my wife. "

"Offering a candle in the church and realising the thing is that act of kindness sir. I pray all love and happiness for you and your wife "

Dev smiled at him and nodded.

Sonakshi found solace and peace in the church. The silent atmosphere was like an ointment to her. She closed her eyes and tried to absorb the peace of the place.

"Don't you know about lighting a candle and then praying for wishes "

Sonakshi looked at her husband who stood next to her chair with candles and roses. She smiled at him and grabbed the candles from his hand.

"I wanted to pray with my husband "
He hooked her hand in his walk towards the lighting area.

Lighting the candle, he shared it with his wife who burnt the candle from his flame. She closed her eyes and joined her hands making a sweet prayer to God.

"We walked to God, with candles and flowers like a couple who are about to marry. But the only difference is that a man is holding the flowers. "

Sonakshi giggled and pecked his lips saying

"I do "

The next chapter is so romantic.  I am so excited to write the next one.

I am changing the whole plot of this book. This will have mystery and suspense in this new version. Stay tuned.
