Some people find her annoying because of her happy, outgoing, and hyper personality. Some people compare her to a little kid. She sings a lot, she will literally sing about anything if you ask her to. She is also oblivious, never knowing when someone finds her annoying or likes her, etc.

Backstory: unlike her sister she didn't get taken by the son of mother gothel but she was hugely affected for the time her sister was gone as she became quite lonely and sad. She was glad when her sister was returned.
