types of students
at draíocht.

while draíocht's school of
witch craft and wizardary
was originally just for that,
witches and wizards, the
elite school that is the
common equivalent to
ivy league in the mortal
realm , has opened its doors
to diversity and up kept its
high status in the process.

that while the academy
welcomes near to almost
every magic-mixed kind,
blood status is a thing of the
past, ethnic and magic origin
is not a worry any more. for
the modern age , they are
efficient and acceptant as
can be. though they can not
control personal opinions or
family beliefs of other wise,
acting on it is publishable.

☛ high elves & high fae:
while there is an abundance
of both breeds attending the
school, the high status kind
tend to keep to themselves
instead of inter-mingle with
other creatures while growing
up. they have their own elite
private school usually in their
own worlds and lands. not to
mention high fae dont mix
well with mortals due to do
history, so mortal-born
magic breeds at draíocht,
at discriminated by them.

☛ dwarves ; while they
are welcome, they usually
dont attend. the history
between dwarves and
dragons are not a pleasant
one, and one of the four
founders of this school

☛ underworld creatures;
creatures of dark magic.

CHAPTER TWO !
the underworld

both this is taught and
addressed in classes at
school with the history
and the Dark Wars.

creatures such as vampires,
werewolves, sorcerers , orcs,
demon breeds , dark giants
and more are not seen in
the day to day setting because they live in a realm of their
own. as called, the underworld.
usually born and wield dark
powers, harm others as well
as mortals, with cursed origins.

and which is why students of
this don't attend Draíocht, because you don't want a creature that eats students
sitting right by your kid.

while not all kinds are evil,
if they're vampire and or
werewolf that can conceal
what they are, they usually
try to blend in and attend
mortal schools with a so
called 'normal life.'

CHAPTER THREE !
creatures of the moors

non-human creatures seen
most commonly among the
world of the Moors, especially
on and around the lands of
the academy. some more
than others, listed as such.
this list will be added to
so keep and eye out.

☛ goblins ( common )
usually seen at jewellery
stores or banks.

☛ hobbits ( not-so-common )
you'll have to travel far
enough to their lands to
see them, they are the
conservative type but
kind once you meet.

☛ dragons ( very rare )
so much so you dont see
them at all, but hear of them.
some say they're extinct since
none have been seen in ages,
but you can see their history
and bones in the museum, or
hear tales from local drunks
and gossiping story tellers.

☛ giants ( some what common )
they live in the sky, but occasionally come down for business or for holliday.

☛ pixies ( common )
little mischievous suckers
of all shape and form , but
usually no larger than a
football at the most. you'll
wish you didnt meet one
at all, and be careful of
what you have in your
pockets. this goes for
sprites as well.

☛ unicorns ( very rare )
near extinct, the queen
passed a law against their
hunting a little bit over a
hundred years ago, but it
still happens. their blood,
bone and horn are used in
dark magic, and you'll be
a lucky son of a zeus if you
see a glimpse of one in
your whole lifetime.

☛ pegasus ( some what
common) usually popular
in france, spain, and italy.
but the occasional traveler
might stop into town with
one from time to time as
their ride.

☛ ogre ( rare ) if you're
an unlucky bastard, or a
idiot in a place you should
not be you'll find one. so
may odin bless your fate.

☛ minotaur & fauns ( common)
pretty usual to see, just like
most, some are nice and
some aren't. its all based on
who you meet, just a bit
intimidating to look at.
