After an eternity the door opened.

A doctor came out.

"He will be ok. We have put him in a medically induced coma so he can rest. We will wake him up in a day or two. He is expected to make a full recovery."

We thanked him.

He said we'll discuss what to do next when he's awake.

And said we'll be allowed to see him in an hour.

I cried again.

From relief this time.
