I must admit that my love for sasusaku began when Sakura stood in front of Sasuke to save him from Garaa's attack. In the beginning, I'd always thought of her adoration as sickening. But as things escalated in the manga, I slowly watched a Sakura grew out of the crush she had on Sasuke and learned to love him unconditionally. As far as to risk her life for his.

And that was the moment I knew I was hooked into the ship. Understanding that their love wasn't perfect, but it was enough as a bond.

When I first saw Naruto, sitting in the manga rack, I thought it was just some stupid manga about fighting. ( I wasn't a major fan of things related back then) But when I finally decided to crack that manga open and read the first volume, I knew I would stick with Team 7 till the end.

A lot of people think that the bond between Sakura and Sasuke is weird and impossible. It is weird, but that's what makes it every bit so interesting. Every turn they went through, every time their kunai aimed for each others hearts, their bond never broke. It was bent and twisted till it's extent but it never, ever broke.

That's why admire them. Because their love wasn't made out of false hope, and the fear of impossibility. It was made out of forgiveness.

This is why I ship Sasusaku, and why I will continue to do so.
